I haven't had the best experiences here in the past, but I just went yesterday, 6/11/2025 and the service was AMAZING. The tall manager was polite and greeted EVERYONE as soon as they came in the door. Keep it up, I'll be back!
I recently tried Jimmy Johns new hot subs and theyre an absolute game changer! The Vito hot sub is my standout favorite, perfectly toasted bread, melty cheese, and the classic Italian meats and veggies all come together for a flavor explosion. The quality is top notch with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of heat to elevate the experience. Service was quick as always and the staff was super friendly. These hot subs have earned a permanent spot in my weekly lunch rotation....
I came in Jimmy John’s on a Friday evening and the restaurant was so clean! I actually can use the restroom in a good restaurant without it being nasty! The customer service and food was excellent the lady that help me was very polite pleasant and very friendly and very attentive she had a very wonderful attitude.I asked her name she told me her name was Mycia!
