I came in Jimmy John’s on a Friday evening and the restaurant was so clean! I actually can use the restroom in a good restaurant without it being nasty! Food was as consistent as always. Service was par for what exists at every fast food place. Lack luster and the feel of "I'm bothering the cashier" when I walked in and waited for her to stop chatting with the other bothered cashier.

I’ve been to this JJ 10-12 times and NEVER had a bad experience. Always fast. Staff is always nice. And they go above and beyond.My chip card wasn’t working one day so instead of just saying “sorry need a new card” the employee at the front (Jonathan) input the CC manually and got it to go through. Great customer service.
