There was a young lady on bread on 8/4/2025 around 4:52:39 PM my order number 1222 716168064310 she has no customer service at all l asked for tomatoe sauce she said I need to get back in line there was a young male who overheard the conversation and handle the situation she over the bread laughing with her tongue out of her mouth flirting with the young guy always stay professional in a health/food environment VERY DISAPPOINT

Great food in this Luby’s! It is seasoned like it is the SOUTH(because it is)! It is clean with staff constantly working to keep it clean and tend to you. Smiles all over the restaurant.

It smells like pee when you first walk up to the door and the gravy is very water down and the cheese is very watered down was not good at all. I guess you have to catch this place on the right day depending on who’s cooking
