Great place to unwind, to forget about everything except for this moment of having fun. What can be better than that? There are not many places that provide that experience

Most of the games were broken.

Had a really fun time here with my friends, we were given awesome pre noon discount although it was a weekend. The highlight of the day was Gregory and Nye at the ropes being very friendly and super nice. They do their job with dedication and they deserve a promotion.

Kae was awesome! Service was on time. She has a wonderful personality. The place is clean. We will definitely come back

Arcade is fun, many games to play. Lazer tagging is small area. Mainly full of kids. Pool tables are always took past 7pm. bowling is fun. Good music. Not much on menu though. sometimes ghetto depending on the day and time

Talk about unprofessional after waiting 30 -40 mins and after having 3 people explain why they couldn’t assist we finally got a waitress about 2 extra ppl held her assist our table of 4 all except the main where very unprofessional food substitutes were made but no discussed the chicken ranch pizza was kept wet extra saucy and extra salty waitress made a error on my order but resfused to take accountability with manager he came playing mind games to not fix her error but finally did after the talked amongst themselves about me asking her to take accountability started playing games and close to closing they turned all the lights out to get us out rude I would recommend

Overall we enjoyed are experience there and had great fun at the arcade. We enjoyed some pizza and ice cream it was very good
We took advantage of a special they had for Mondays after 4:00 where for $12 or so we can get unlimited play at most of the video arcade games.
The only downside was we had to frequently wait for service because the employees weren't at their stations though there was hardly any customers there because we were there before the rush.
Overall we enjoyed the large variety of video arcade and old school arcade games.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Highly unprofessional, many games are out of service, front desk personnel aren’t friendly or knowledgeable about the packages that they offer, and when kids redeem tickets for prizes the females who work that area seem bothered and miserable. This place sucks! Do better!

Fun for all ages..

I was quite disappointed with the service during our recent birthday party event. In the past, beverages were offered while the kids were participating in the first activity (bowling), but this time, drinks weren’t provided until the pizza was served. It would have been appreciated if your team had at least offered water to both the kids and parents earlier in the event.

I was also surprised by the MANDATORY SERVICE CHARGE. When I inquired, I was told it was a facility fee and not a tip, which was unclear and didn’t seem reasonable given the level of service. Despite this, I still chose to leave an additional tip, although I felt the overall service did NOT meet expectations.

Another example: while the kids were in the final laser tag activity, the staff was nowhere to be seen. Offering water to the waiting parents at that time would have been a simple but thoughtful gesture. Instead, it felt like the staff considered their responsibilities over once the pizza and cake were served.

The customer service is great and they are very easy to reach if you need to call. I tried to book a date for an event and Mike was very patient and accommodating.
