Marble Slab Creamery

My father first introduced my siblings and I to Marble Slab Creamery as children, and the first day I chose Amaretto ice cream. I have been going there ever since and I haven’t ever gotten anything BUT the amaretto.

This is the closest Marble Slab to my house so I keep going, but they have terrible customer service. One guy flirts with me everytime I go and it makes me feel uncomfortable when he is there.

However, all of the locations don’t have amaretto, so I’m not going to inconvenience myself to pick one farther from my house. I found the balance by not giving a tip anymore. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ice cream is always 10/10 though.

The staff who puts ice cream he touched my son ‘s ice cream with his hand without gloves. Today ı visited with my three kids . Cashier man was so rude to me and my kids. He touched my son’s ice cream without using glove with his dirty hand . I will never go over there .

I went here and there was a Hispanic lady that didn’t wear gloves, she had very long (unhygienic nails) and as she was mixing the ice cream and toppings her nail literally kept going into the ice cream

I’m assuming service was lackluster because we showed up 30 minutes before close and I’m sure they were ready to go home. But none the less they served us and the ice cream was good as usual. Wonderful location.

They didn’t know how to make a simple shake and had as much courtesy as wall. We had to repeat our order several times and what we got was cup of ice cream chocolate milk. I am not exaggerating. Just be aware of what order may not be what you get.

The workers are lazy and rude. It was only 10:20pm and the only thing that they said they’re serving were 4 choices of plain ice cream. Which is understandable it was close to closing time , but there were no toppings available and when I asked about the toppings the worker responded back and said “ what you see is what you get” .please do better with customer service!

Google showed they be closing at 11 and we came here at like 10.30 and guess what? They were closed!!!! Pls update your hours

Cookies are always good and fresh!! I arrived 30 minutes before they opened, they opened the door and let me make my purchase!
