The food is what you’d expect and the front cashier girl is usually very nice and helpful but the rest of the service is very unsatisfactory. The manager is very impatient and dismissive and the other employees seem to fall in line with her behavior and temperament. But it is McDonald’s I guess in a Walmart so you shouldn’t expect much anyway.

Worst experience at a McDonald's!!
Was at the counter for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged.
Burger assembly was sloppy, and the fries tasted uncooked and soggy.
My wife also felt her stomach was upset after eating the food!!!
***This location really needs better quality control — or at least a manager on shift paying attention***

Don’t come here if you want the sauces you’ve PAID for… second time this happened with the same manager. Didn’t get the extra sauce we paid for, when we went to go tell them, the manager said, “well..?” Terrible customer service, the whole place is swarming with fruit flies so even if you’d want to sit and eat there… good luck! Edit: She took her name tag off so people don’t know her name I guess…Don’t know her name but she was working on 10/30/25 @ 7:40pm

I had ordered a large iced coffee, but I was given a small one, and it also came without vanilla. The experience was really disappointing, and I’m truly sorry about it.

The service was bad, the manager ignored me when I tried to order and when I ordered she looked annoyed, she also said she didn’t have macchiato but was making it for another person. All of the sodas were mostly water, not worth the trip here.
Such bad customer service i came to buy two toys and I didn't even open it because I saw the code on the bottom and was going to ask for a different one and they replied supper rudely saying no and I didn't even ask they just said no

I ordered 2 pumpkin crème pies and saw an employee rip the “best by” date off the box before handing it to me. When I asked what she ripped off, she suddenly defaulted to Spanish—even though she’s checked me out in perfect English before and I believe she’s the manager. That tells me she knew exactly what she was doing. Tampering with food is dangerous and unacceptable—I have video and picture proof. If you ever see this, know you’ll get what’s coming to you for poisoning people. Unnecessary!

The worst place to get food from in numerous occasions they missed something out of my order missing cheese on a sausage egg and Cheese sandwich 😒 they are rude missing a whole biscuit it’s just not the first time and if you ask them for anything they act rude just don’t come here at all .
