My experience today was very poor. I always come to this place and it’s great but today I meet with Maria and she’s very rude. I came in and order a plate with this other guy and she came in and said “what would you like” and I said “oh the same thing orange chicken” and she very rudely said “I don’t know that same thing” I mean I was going to tell her once again but it was just very rude of her. Please fix your attitude and be kind to customers.

I ordered through the app expecting my food a bit later, but it was ready too soon, so the food was lukewarm when I picked it up. There was no spoon for utensils which was annoying when eating the fried rice.

GARY, the manager gave the absolute worst service I’ve come across in a restaurant. I had a catering order for 12 and the employee confirmed on the phone it was going to be ready. I get there and they say it’s going to be ready at 1:40. Gary, being his stores fault does not take fault for the mess up and does not do anything to make up for the mistake. He was very rude over the phone and when asked what are you going to do about the mess up and he said, “ I cooked the food”. That is your job sir! He needs a lesson in customer service and how to speak to a human. Will not be back after that terrible service. Was no compensated for the mess up and our staff had to wait an additional 2 hours to eat lunch! F

I always come here. Today I ordered beef and broccoli and string bean chicken breast. When I got to my office to to eat I realized they put a couple of chicken breast and beef on top of orange chicken. I didn’t order orange chicken. They did this to make it look full. Why would you place what I ordered on top of orange chicken. And only put one or two pieces of beef and chicken to make order look full. Not acceptable. I will no longer give yall my business. I can go to jade cafe and actually get what I ordered.

I haven't been here in a while due to poor quality and service. It hasn't improved unfortunately. You don't get what you order. The woman at the window just barks the amount owed, no hello or thank you. I see why you have a 3.7 rating. Do better Panda Express!
