Panda Express has got to be the WORST fast food restaurant in America. All their food items are bland and grotesque. I just ordered Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, and Teriyaki Chicken from their location in Stafford… and I completely regret doing so. My food is completely TASTELESS.
Their food quality is horrible. The food tastes gross & they give you smaller portions than the other locations. I guess that’s fine because the food is so gross you don’t want to finish it anyway. I don’t understand why that location tastes so much worse than others.
If you don't care about how much sodium is in your food then by all means order anything you want. You basically paying for a heart attack after you're done with this food with all the sodium sugars carbs I don't know why this places even open.
Managers nose dripped into my food. I asked for refund she threatened me, Had to call Stafford PD!..Contacting the food inspectors and corporate.Her attitude was worse than the old chicken rolls I had to return..got mad because she asked me which card for refund, I told her to just read the receipt!..She could read it was Cash!!..she proceeds to attempt to warn me “that she can process this refund this one time!”..I told her to save her threats and just process my refund… as she is processing it reluctantly she is hissing and I see her nose is dripping, I asked her to process my refund and wipe her nose and all H broke out.. Manager was saving face in front of her crew, rather than LISTEN or LOOK at the burnt Eggrolls or sip the Sprite w/o the Pop in it FIRST!!… she just attempts to bully me…I am in shock so I took her little red boxes and thumped them down and she calls 911 on me??..SHE STATED I ASSAULTED HER!!..LIES!….Her ego was HURT!..Why was her nose dripping?…I am asking for her to be drug tested!..she must be an addict of some sort.?!!.All I know is this is America, If your restaurant is hygienically unsound don’t get embarrassed now!Also, I am not ducking or looking behind my back over a crazy PE Manager!!!..I called 911 on you too Ma’am!…

Every Craving I have I always get it so when I went to this place I was truly amazed. Once I got my food I got in my car and I ate. I can confidently tell you that this Panda Express is the best in Houston?.
It was another great experience at Panda. The food was yummy. The shop was clean and the staff we pleasant!

Just wanted to say DANNA is a superstar. I caught her doing 3-4 tasks at a time with ease while everyone around her was doing 1. Not to speak negatively on the rest of her team, I could just see her work ethic shining! She kept everything flowing so smoothly. I hope managment recognizes her hard work frequently; She needs a raise or managment position.

TLDR: You can eat here... but why?! This was the first time I've ever tried PE, using a BOGO to try the Crispy Chili Shrimp and the Beijing Beef. Everything is just bland and I'd argue, worse than Mall Food Court competitors. If you have a choice, be better. Go somewhere else lol. Visit: Weekend Service: 6.8/10The register person was accommodating, however, forgot the napkins, silverware, chili sauce, etc. I had requested via the online app. I had to double check and ask for everything after receiving my food. Order:-Beijing Beef w/ White Rice 4.7/10The one positive to this dish was that the beef actually had a crispy fried texture! However, I could not detect ANY flavor from the sauce that it was glazed in. While it looked appealing, I couldn't taste anything until I doused it in chili sauce. -Crispy Chili Shrimp w/ Lo Mein 4.4/10The shrimp were actually somewhat crispy and seemingly covered with crushed red pepper. Yet, everything was severely under seasoned and tasted quite bland. Overall, I am dumbfounded as to how popular this establishment is. During my visit, at least 30-35 customers had come through the lunch rush. After eating here for the very first time, I can't say I'd ever come back. It's like the plastic representation of what food is. I felt like I should take a Covid test because of how much I couldn't taste any flavor. Ouch... ya, it's a no from me dawg.

Shitty a** Restaurant whether you dine in or order online it's still the same pathetic service, they always forget to add sauce to the food you order they so pathetic that even forget to add utensils like how disappointing can you be? Even if you put in a special request for something you want they can't seem to do their job right like who ever is responsible for that location needs to be fired because their service is equivalent to Dog Sh*t!! Sorry A** excuse of a restaurant what a damn disappointment they don't even try to better themselves.
