This is by far the best wing spot out there......I mean the service is great the food is wonderful and delicious......the only thing is you're gonna have to wait for a table.......
So we dined in a few times and always had great experiences. Food was great waiters were nice and helpful. Now when it comes to pick up orders I wouldn’t recommend. We’ve placed pick up orders about 3 times each time something was wrong or bad. Now let me say this the manager we spoke to the last few times was helpful and always fixed everything no problem. But after awhile we’re tired of always having to call in and complain and also it’s about 30 minutes from my house so driving back is not an option. We just picked up an order today and at this point we’re done with ordering from here the only time I’ll eat here is dine in cause it’s almost like at this point their intentionally shorting the to go orders because they know we won’t notice until we get home. Also their point system is a lie lol they say you get 1 point for every $1 yet I placed an almost $300 pick up order and got like 50 points which makes no sense.

My family had an almost traumatic experience but I am truly greatful for the Manager, Steven for stepping in and resolving our problem. Our server, Sandra attended to our every need. The food was just ok..Ordered 100 wings and couldn't distinguish the flavors. The wings and fries were room temperature and very dry. The alcoholic drinks were good.

So I ordered a big mug Michelada no ice Waitress bring me a half beer I said were is the rest of my beer? She was rude and said, "This is how it comes ..If I'm paying for a big mug ? beer, it needs to be like everyone else's in the restaurant.. so i said, "Please take it back and make it right." She decided to pour it into a pint of glass and serve it to me. I replied I ordered a big mug michelada, not a pint..she was rude So long story short, if you want to get your money worth on the MICHI big mug order, it like this.. Beer of choice rimmed no ice with the michelada sauce on the side.... They are trying to chingale you with all that ice ....??????

Pluckers is one of my favorite wing places for sure. The only reason i am giving 4 stars is because of the service i experienced today. This has never happened before, but it's okay. We had to wait around 40mins for our food to come. The manager apologized, it's all good. We ordered 25pcs of wings. Thats it.Anyway onto the food. The wings were not so jumbo today, but boy oh boy, the flavors are always so goood!Flavors:Spicy Lemon pepper (10/10)Buffalo Medium (9/10)Baker's Gold (9/10)New Beggys Flavor (8/10)We tried the spicy lemon pepper for the first time, and i love it! Its so sour and peppery and just so good. Thats my opinion. I love sour food! So, yeah, i highly recommend pluckers if you are craving wings!

Brenna and Will are amazing bartenders. This is my first time here and the second I sat down I was greeted warmly and they helped me pick my entire order. Our interactions were very authentic and organic, they almost make me feel I’m a friend they’ve known for years or a regular that always comes to see them. They made my first time and whole experience a great one and I will be returning to sit with them at the bar!

This was my first time at Plucker's. I wanted to try the wings and hamburgers.I ordered the spicy bbq 10pcs with fries and cheddar cheese. The wings were supposed to mix with flats and drums and I only got flats. The sauce was horrible and fries look stiff and hard . They use shredded cheese for cheesy fries which was nasty. For some reason they had no seasoning on the wings it was just nasty. The hamburger was under cooked . For the price you pay it's not worth it. I prefer buffalo wings; this place food is horrendous. If you haven't tried this place don't waste your time or money it's not worth the hype.

By far, my favorite Pluckers and that says a lot because I travel all over texas and always eat at Pluckers when convenient, Jacob at the bar is absolutely A-1 service, amicable, promt, and very professional. Wings are big and delicious, and fast services couldn't recommend enough.
Food was pretty good. Waitress was great. Problem was we came to watch the game so we were there for 3 hours. Drinks got slower and slower so we ordered a double and the manager said no. Drinks are weak. We had a dd. But at any rate I would not recommend to watch a game and enjoy drinks. Beer would have given us more of a buzz.

Went in today for the Texans Ravens game and the atmosphere was great!! The staff Lois ( manager) was a sweetheart and Ebony was our server she was awesome!!! First time at this establishment but definitely will be back. Thank you to all of the hard working staff for making sure everyone had a good time!
