This location is always having issues and poor customer service! I went the to order some lunch and they we're supposedly low on legs but legs were available for my order. Told me that I couldn't get what I want but what they're willing to give "which your business being low on inventory isn't my problem "! The manager was very rude and unprofessional!

How is it possible this restaurant is still open?! They are ripping people off constantly! Has anyone seen all the bad reviews? Well, here's another one! I ordered through Uber Eats because I did not feel like leaving the house. I ordered a three piece dinner combo. The app doesn't even give you ordering options such as 3 thighs or all dark meat, etc.When I received my meal, I had two tiny WINGS and a dry or old piece of breast. Since when do you get wings on a three piece dinner?! If I would have wanted wings, I would have ordered wings!The wings were also tiny and dry or old. I'm never going back to this pathetic place nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Drive is sometimes slow, but all else is good ☺️.Dietary restrictions: More Dietary items would be helpful. Maybe a baked chicken would be helpful. Even a whole baked chicken. Check out Sam's Club baked chicken. Remember KFC Rotisserie Chicken was the boom ?.

Paid $13 and waited 15 minutes for 1 meal only to get the incorrect order. The wings were greasy and barely flavored.
I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a 2nd one.So I knew the time for them to cook them well be a few minutes no issue.When I received my food it was business as usual.The 1st sandwich was completely soaked in oil and mayonnaise.The 2nd one was way undercooked and same with the oil and mayonnaise.I called the store and they said that there is nothing they can do. Well I guess I won't be going there anymore.
