The absolute worst! I completed an online order for pick up through the stores direct website and when I arrived PRIOR to closing the store was already closed! I called and they said they closed early for the day!!! Mind you I’ve already paid for my food I told them this was unprofessional and they hung up in my face!! I will never visit this location again

Ordered delivery, the sandwich I received didn't include the toppings I ordered and had so much sauce the entire thing was soggy. Received entirely incorrect drink. Called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone raised her voice and did not seem interested in even accepting feedback. This used to be a nice place to go.

Sub was decent, not as good as the Quiznos on Wallisville. Server did not understand much English so he was adding topping and sauces to his liking and over-toasted my food.
You definitely want to order to go, the place is a mess. And only order if you really are in a rush and that’s all time allows.

I placed an online order. It took me 15 mins to get up there. When I walked in the employee was sitting down on her phone. Told her I had an online order and she said oh let me make that. I thought ordering online was quick. When I told her I wanted a refund I was told I had to call corporate to have my order canceled. When asked to speak to a manager there wasn't one in the store. The employee said he was out of town. She then put me on the phone with him and he told me that when placing an online order I have to call the store a make sure they are making it. What's the point of ordering online ahead of time if its not going to be made til I get there. I used to love this location but I will definitely not be returning.

His hospitality went beyond exceptional service!!!—it was genuine, intentional, soul-nourishing care. Truly! Nevin didn’t just take our order; he made us feel seen. His attentiveness, kindness, and radiant light transformed a simple meal into a super meaningful experience.
Now, we are all free to believe what we may about spiritual things, but there was an undeniable mystical quality to Nevin—a rare ability to perceive and connect to us on a deeper level. Without my nephew ever expressing it aloud, Nevin somehow intuited and affirmed something my nephew had been quietly seeking within himself. It was a moment of unspoken yet profound recognition. I was astounded and my 17 year old nephew began to beam with joy, whereas he had just been previously sulking, as most teenagers do. To me, it was an example & testament to Nevin’s open-heartedness and spiritual grace.
Now, the food was INDEED fresh and delicious, but it was the energy of the place that truly fed us. Just to note, this wasn’t a one-off experience—because on previous visits solo, I was treated with the same care by another wonderful employee whose name I never caught. However, this consistency speaks to the soul of this location: a business where kindness and human connection are as valued as the exchange of commerce.
Because of Nevin and the beautiful atmosphere cultivated here, my family and I have decided to make weekly visits. This is the kind of place we want to support—where love is the signature on every sandwich. 🌿❤️

First time at Quiznos, and it was amazing! For my first choice, I've took The Black Angus Steakhouse.
The meat was tender, the cheese was melted, and the bread crispy.
But the real star was the sauce, it’s the ingredient that makes all the difference. Just the right amount of spice, perfectly balanced between heat and smoky flavor. It was an absolute treat!
I will definitely come back on occasion to test the other products!
