Regal has higher class of Chinese food. I use to travel to Toronto for better Chinese food. Regal got it in Houston now.
Edmin the owner always have better and new dishes to serve us. But you must willing to pay the price. Regal's quality food is not the same as other Chinese restaurants on Chinatown.
The chef knows how to cook ,👍.
The Asian Cuisine food is so good. The flavor of taste brings back memories of staying in Hong Kong. Taking the opportunity to eat here more often if possible. Highly recommended. Must try .........
*thumbs up for steam rice noodle with shrimp.

Menu
Regal Seafood House & Lounge offers a mix of experiences. While some enjoy their dim sum, including a delicious pumpkin dish, others find it mediocre, with below-average soup dumplings and separated shrimp dumpling skins. However, their Cantonese dishes, such as roasted duck and stir-fried pork blood, are a hit, making it worth trying other options on the menu. Regal Seafood House & Lounge has a few dishes that aren't commonly found in other Chinese restaurants, namely the fried pumpkin. It's deliciously. Their steamed chicken is generally better tasting. The wait can be a long time, but the good taste of all the food made up for it. They were able to offer fish congee, and it was really good. Other dishes include shrimp dumplings, radish cake, shrimp steam rice dumplings, chicken flat noodles, and mapo tofu with chicken. The mapo tofu with chicken is interesting as it is usually with pork at other places. They also serve certain dim sum dishes at night. Some customers only liked the Shrimp Dumplings, finding everything else just meh. The food was fine, just nothing extraordinary. The size of dim sum pieces were quite large.
