Perhaps you shouldn't be on your phone when you're taking somebody order because this somebody is highly allergic to jalapeños you managed to not listen and gave her jalapeño cheese kolaches, even though she asked for cheese and sausage

I visited Shipley Do-nuts early in the morning, and I was not disappointed! The donuts were fresh and delicious, with that perfect soft and fluffy texture. The place was very clean, making for a pleasant experience overall. The service was exceptional; the employee was friendly, patient, and took her time with me when I was having a hard time deciding on which donuts to get. I really appreciated that! It was a great way to start the day, and I highly recommend Shipley Do-nuts if you're looking for tasty treats and excellent service.

I went in ordered donuts got to the car and opened them and all of them had little black dots and one had a hair stuck to it. I took them back in and showed the lady, she removed the donuts from my box, put them back on the shelf and grabbed some from behind and put them back in my box. Definitely won’t be back.

I have been going here since I was a kid, and I always loved it. The donuts are always so good! I never have been disappointed. The workers are very friendly to help as well. I would 100% recommend coming here to try their donuts! I recommend their cinnamon twist and plain glazed. A very underrated place… so much better and fresher than Dunkin’s ?They also consistently are making donuts so they tend to always be hot out the oven

Never know what they will have, what is fresh, what is stale? Last time I ordered (several years) a Maple Long John without filling and was charged for filling. Never before. Asked to speak to manager and he said we always charge the same (not true and not according to the menu). Wanted my $10 back and was told after they closed and balanced. Never heard. They got to keep the $10 and my family has never gone to Shipley's since

My 10 yr old daughter, 4 year old son, and I bought donuts and ate inside the store. The sugar from the donut got stuck in my daughter's throat so she went to the counter to ask for water. The employee said she only has bottled water for sale.When my daughter told me, I went to the counter to ask for just water in a cup. She said all they had was water from the sink, which was fine with me. She put the sink water in a styrofoam cup and told me that it cost .50 cents.I was livid b/c while my daughter was choking, they were still trying to sell me sink water. That's ridiculous!!! I have been going here for years, but never again. When a business doesn't have care or concern for small children, that's where i draw the line.
