The system let me order a kolache flavor that was not available. The worker replaced by a kolache with sausage on her own. I cannot eat sausage. My son ordered an apple fritter which was old and stale, similarly to the donuts… I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Bought some Jalapeño, Cheese, and Sausage Kolaches, Cinnamon rolls, & glazed donuts. The dough for all of them tasted bad like they were stale and old. Kolaches had very little cheese & Cinnamon rolls had very little Cinnamon and too much glazed sugar. I've had similar items purchased from other Shipley locations throughout Missouri City, Sugarland, & Houston that were much better. This has happened multiple times at this location, so I will not be going there anymore.

I walked in and was using an app to get a discount and was told they can't accept it because it not from the app and there is no barcode. So I was trying to figure out how to get it resolved online and the lady that was helping me walked away amd went to the back room. So I decided to leave and call the raise 365 app and she called me saying she will call Shipley rep to see why the location is not redeeming the stuff from the app.
As of now I'm giving a 1 star for the unprofessionalism of walking away and going to the back and some other employee helping me.

Food : it's just Donuts Service : is always super fast . Atmosphere: quiet and super clean store , always . I rarely enjoy a donut i prefer Shipley Do-Nuts when they are fresh. Cherry and raspberry filled and Bavarian cream filled bars and Do-Nuts. They are top tier breakfast items. Stop in and enjoy !!!
Whatever you get in this place ,The filling is always less than others'. This is the stingiest and worst-quality shipley I've ever been to.

Perhaps you shouldn't be on your phone when you're taking somebody order because this somebody is highly allergic to jalapeños you managed to not listen and gave her jalapeño cheese kolaches, even though she asked for cheese and sausage

I visited Shipley Do-nuts early in the morning, and I was not disappointed! The donuts were fresh and delicious, with that perfect soft and fluffy texture. The place was very clean, making for a pleasant experience overall. The service was exceptional; the employee was friendly, patient, and took her time with me when I was having a hard time deciding on which donuts to get. I really appreciated that! It was a great way to start the day, and I highly recommend Shipley Do-nuts if you're looking for tasty treats and excellent service.
