I saw this place had great reviews and was recommended as the best tacos in sugar land. If they are, I would hate to try any other taco place here. This place is exactly why taco trucks or gas station tacos are best. I got the barbacoa tacos. Tortillas were a little thick and doughy. I asked for onions and cilantro. Extra .50 per taco. No thanks. These barbacoa tacos were not the flavor I like. $4 for the little bit of meat, no thanks. Head north on dulles 1.4 miles away from solid and try the tacos at the primetime chevron gas station. Much better.

Seems like they jacked up their prices literally once a year, at least..... you can tell by looking at the past pictures of their menu also on here. Breakfast tacos used to be 2.75 just 2, 3 years ago and now they're 3.50 each, I doubt they gotten bigger now

Rude. I've been here plenty of times. My only previous complaint was the tacos are cold sometimes and parking is horrible. Today, a different person on the register. She was rude. She got upset with me because I entered my phone number. She scolded me saying it was under a different order and I wasn't aloud to do that. I explained I didn't know. She didn't tell me before I entered my number. If its a problem don't participate in the program. I won't be back.

A great locally owned taco shop with unique offerings I haven't seen elsewhere. The staff is friendly and they remember me and my orders. Sometimes I'll call ahead to place an order and they'll have it ready for me on the counter as I'm walking in because they saw my car and remembered who I was. This is an easy recommendation to Taco lovers everywhere

Man, this place is bunk! Went in there because wife been wanting to check it out because of popularity. We decided to dine-in and spent $40 something on 5 total tacos for my family. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese taco and carne isada taco. Let me put it this way, if you want mashed potatoes and egg, this is your spot. Bland taste and all. The Carne one was super dry and tasteless as well. My wife and son ordered potatoes egg and cheese and they were the same way, mashed potatoes with a little egg mashed with it. They also forgot the cheese on my wife's taco. Im glad she got up and asked them to add cheese instead of me. Cause I would have said something they didn't like. They just threw the cold cheese on top and gave her back the taco. Didn't even ask if she would like to have it warmed up and melted or a new fresh one altogether. You can tell their so called popularity and 40 year tenure has gotten to their head cause the short dude was arrogant in the ordering process especially when my wife told them this was our first time coming there after hearing good things on social media about the place. Im guessing years ago they were decent and gained most of this popularity when the parents who actually cared ran it. Will never go back unfortunately. We moved back to Houston from Seguin. Now if you want REAL bad ass tacos, please stop by Su Casa on Kingsbury Street there and you will be AMAZED. Fresh tortillas and fresh ingredients and BAD ASS fresh salsas and the place stay packed from 6am-3pm!!Sorry, forgot to add Soliz salsa is basically watered down picante sauce. Not REAL salsa. Like the green and red ones you see at good food trucks! It was a sad morning that day. Be aware folks!

We've been coming to Soliz since my daughter was a baby and she recently turned 22. We eat here because their breakfast tacos are phenomenal. I believe their taco/burrito shells are made fresh in house. I've always been a fan of the bacon, egg, cheese and potato breakfast taco.
