Really only leaving a star because i have to in order to post. The lady taking orders right now as 2:15 pm March March 27, 2024 is very rude. Talking to customers loud like she can't hear. When she gets the order she's like ok, is that it, with aggression. It's all about your tone and how you approach people. If you don't want to be at work then stay home or find another job. She's being rude to the lady next to me also. The speakers are literally right next to each other. Granted they are busy, but if you can't handle it then give the opportunity to another employee.

I still have not recieved my refund that I was insured will go back on my card from almost a month ago. All numbers listed on receipt does not work and or no one answers.

Place is disgusting, and they always have this homeless woman just sitting in the benches. The food was cold and very gross. Black male who gave me the food was very rude. Wont share a photo of her because that's rude, but she's there every morning.

I have never been able to order here. Either I sit and no one ever comes to the speaker to take the order, the system is down and they can't take orders, or it's online orders only.

The health inspector needs to get off his posterior and get to that location immediately. Employees serving food in slides with socks showing. All 3 burgers tasted like the meat was 3yrs old. Even my toddler refused the kids meal. They didn't have any slushes, shakes, or tea. What the use of patronizing w/o these items??? Employees running back and forth to random cars pulling up off the street while I'm waiting on my order. Very nasty place. Smelled raw sewage in the rear drive thru area. Wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. want my money back. $25 bucks and still didn't eat? No excuses! Fast food is going down the drain. This is the Stafford location on Dulles near hwy 90. STAY AWAY, PLEASE!!!!
Sooooo I just left there! I ordered a cranberry juice only through the drive through. I pulled up put my car in park. Sitting on my phone playing a game 15 minutes has passed. I realize this and honked my horn. Young African American guy comes out and laughs. I’m so sorry mame what did you order. I laughed and said it’s ok I’m sure u are busy. I give my order. He comes right out. I give him 4$ cash and I tell him keep the rest for a tip. I get 5 min away and it’s water. There not answering the phone line at all!! WOW!! Never again!!
