I counted 18 cars go thru the drive thru after ordering in a stall. After 15 minutes I hit the button and she had no order for my stall it was canceled. So I left. Now I know why the 3 stars.

This place gets orders wrong probably 4/5 times. Always check the bag before you leave. Check your drinks to make sure they're what you asked for, etc.
They're also not the fastest - took them 15 min for two burgers with one other car there.
I still go here because my wife likes the drinks and complaining about getting mayo on your burger when it's supposed to be dry is less annoying than arguing about drinks.
This time though they didn't put a patty on my cheeseburger. That's like the fundamental piece of the cheeseburger... I'm done with this sonic.

Parked at the speaker and no one answered, drove to the drive thru was told to just go to the window instead. Finally got someone to take the order and got the food and drinks but the drinks were seriously over ice. Hardly aby liquid just cups of ice. Not to the quality of other locations.

Very good service, since new manager coming, everyone is really nice and they have bilingual personal. I love new employees, new managers, new carhops . So much better now

Got my order wrong three times and got charged three times because they didn’t know how to refund the order. By the third time I was waiting for the second half of my order and the first half ended up getting cold so I ended up returning all the food and just asking for a full refund. Ended up going to another sonic nearby and the manager got my order right within the first try. Not coming here again 👍🏻

The later night crew will sit in the back, and not take any orders until they close. It’s happened to me multiple times. If you don’t wanna work, quit.

I go to this Sonic mostly for ice. I know it is fresh and clean. I enjoy service from Mrs. Ada and Mr. Melvin. They are wonderful and for some reason my ice is better when they are there. I appreciate their service.
