I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order, and unfortunately, I was completely ignored for several minutes. The employee at the counter noticed me but chose to start a personal conversation with a woman who was asking about job opportunities. I was shocked to hear her say that the woman “wouldn’t be able to get a job here because of her race,” which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Even after that, the employee continued to serve other customers and kept looking at me with what felt like clear irritation, still without acknowledging or helping me. It was uncomfortable and frustrating, especially since I was just there to do my job.

To make things worse, she was on her phone, talking to people while preparing orders. This made the whole experience feel chaotic and careless, and it raised concerns for me about how seriously they’re taking customer service and food safety.

I come to this location because it’s the most convenient. However they always give me my drink wrong. I’ve even made it to where it snot complicated and it’s still something always wrong with it. I’m not even the type to do all that over a drink but it’s consistently happening.

Rude drive-thru staff (especially regarding mobile orders) and overpriced menu items. Hard to blame the workers though, all the money’s getting funneled to corporate (CEO Brian Niccol needs to get his $30M somehow)

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been. The service is fantastic, super clean. Very nice atmosphere. I would recommend lowering the music volume and it will be perfect!
