I ordered through the drive thru and my drink was not properly made. I went inside to have it prepared properly and the guy preparing it wrote HAPPY HO on my cup. I called to speak with a manager and the call was given to Mecca. As she is discussing the situation with me the guy then states to her it was an accident. How? As she stated on the phone that anything written on the cup should be done before the cup is cold. Then states the pen ran out. If that’s a thing for employees to do. Why do you all not have extras nearby. The photo is attached. STARBUCKS your manager took up for someone that was out of line.

We came to Starbucks today and specifically ordered a raspberry lemonade. They were out of it, but instead of informing us, they changed our order to a strawberry lemonade without saying anything. On top of that, they also didn’t give us everything we ordered and tried to hand us the drinks as if everything was correct. We were the ones who had to point out their mistake and remind them of the missing item.
This is unprofessional and disappointing. If an item is unavailable or if there’s an issue with the order, customers should be informed—not left to discover mistakes on their own. We hope to see better communication and more attention to detail in the future.

Every time I come by the drive thru I never have any delays and they are always so quick. I never go on red cup days but today I tried it. I placed my mobile order and surprised when I went in to pick it up. They had employees handing out the drinks along with the red cup. Inside the store was very organized and the drive thru was not crowded. This was about 7:35am. This has been my favorite store to order from especially since it’s in route to work. Keep being an awesome staff. Management you are doing great and staff your store appropriately!

The drinks made are extremely consistent. Every time I come here the drinks are made to perfection and exactly the way I like it. I’ve been to other Starbucks and they don’t make it like this Starbucks. All the workers are fairly nice, particularly Athulya. She was extremely helpful, kind and patient. I was in the mood to try something new and she helped me choose one perfectly to my liking. I will be coming back just for Athulya!

This is literally THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER! One day I chose to try a different Starbucks in my area, because I hadn’t found one that would make my drink RIGHT! I came here for the first time and my drink was made wrong I was nervous to say something because I didn’t want anyone to have an attitude with me. I chose to speak up and the staff was so kind and remade it! I was so happy! I’m a loyal customer so of course I went back and everyone was kind people started remembering my drink and then my name! I felt special and happy to spend my money here! There are two extremely kind men I want to really acknowledge and that’s Miles and DK! They are so professional and SWEET! Miles knows my voice and name and DK remembers my drink and tells his coworkers to make my drink right hahaha. They both have EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I go to this Starbucks every weekend hoping to be greeted by them at the window! Thank you Starbucks on S Main for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love it here!

I am a coffee head. I placed an order inside at 8:23!!! Just received my order at 8:38! I asked the manager if my order was coming up she replied no. I asked about how much longer she replied I don’t know! WTH. She then replied she asked him if he bumped the Oder up. I have no idea what that is… I’m a patient person but her attitude as a manager to a guest. I’m a retail manager and as a manger those responses were unacceptable. No im sorry about the wait. It will be just a moment. Just dry and unconcerned!
