Stopped by to get Footlong Doritos Nachos at 7 pm today and was totally disappointed. The kid behind the counter was working alone and left most of the ingredients off. I got Dorito chips, cheese and steak. That’s it. He did not even put the nachos in a box. Never again. I called to talk to the manager and no one answered the phone.

I wanted a tuna fish sandwich, but it wasn't listed. I asked for a beef sandwich... Not toasted, and the associate said the meat was cold. I finally ordered a turkey sandwich and forgot yo ask for extra meat. You can't taste the turkey with the vegetables. I love their ice tea, but I found out after I paid that they don't have tea at this store. They did have a few tables of customers. I just picked the wrong Subway that day.

The lady who’s name “Vane” was extremely disrespectful to us, we are very sensitive for clean cut. And We didn’t want to get non halal food in our bread and we told her can you change the knife and she didnt change and told us that is the only knife over here. But we saw a lot of knifes on desk. And later we wanted bread which are in oven. She said I made breads in morning you must get from front side breads. I was really into Subway but I’m not gonna come again and never gonna recommend to my friends.

This place is horrible. The bread was stale & old. The sandwich was not covered all the way as if it was intentional. One of my sandwiches were missing items. Another sandwich had items I did not ask for. The only thing that was fresh was the meat & vegetables. The people at this shop do not care about customer satisfaction.

Lucile made up a lie and said that they charged extra for pickles but when she rang it up she put it as extra cheese if y’all are charging extra for pickles why is there not a button in the add ons? you know why cause she made it up. Y’all stole .50 cents from me for a charge that doesn’t exist

I ordered a kids meal from the lady that was fixing the sandwiches, I get to register and told the cashier I had a kids meal, the cashier never rung up the meal, someone came in and the cashier started talking with the lady. Gave me the bag and I asked for the drink for the kids meal, she tells me she didn’t charge me for one when clearly told both ladies. The cashier goes to tell me that the sandwich maker didn’t tell her, they started talking to the other lady from another store. The sandwich maker went to the back with the lady. Words was exchanged because they were wrong. They didn’t finish with me before tending to the other worker from another store, lack of communication and poor customer service at 4:12 pm at 12999 Murphy rd #b6. If she didn’t tell you, I did it should have been a problem. Didn’t ask to fix the issue, she just wanted to give me the money back, please have a long talk with this cashier which was so rude.
Those ladies do not want to be at work. Customer Service was poor! They was not rude but not welcoming at all. It was so poor I really didn't even want my sandwich after it was made. It was made with no love or care It was more like ok hurry up got other stuff to do. I felt rushed and unwanted. Not a friendly location.
Please avoid this location , People are very rude and don’t know how to work under pressure . Customer always comes first , no need to be rude and talk in Spanish in the back. They need to learn how to behave with people no matter what . I do not recommend this location honestly .
