Absolutely terrible experience at Subway Fountain Lake. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely disinterested in customer service. My sandwich wasn’t made to order—basic requests for vegetables, sauces, and cheese were met with eye rolls and clear irritation. When I asked them to add what I wanted, they acted like I was being difficult.
At the time of billing, I asked the staff member to make one more sandwich, and she looked at me like I was asking for charity—completely unacceptable behavior.
The nachos were another disappointment: served plain with no cheese or vegetables. Even after I requested some toppings, she carelessly threw in one or two pieces of tomato and onion. The cheese was just for namesake—nothing was followed properly.
This is by far the worst Subway experience I’ve had. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I got a veggie delight and asked for extra olives. The ladies at the counter said that the maximum amount of olives allowed per sandwich was 6. That is ridiculous and has never happened at any other subway. The veggies were also stale. Definitely go elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service.

Update: that review was 5 years ago. I eat at this establishment at least once a year. The food is bland, no love kinda food/sandwich my problem with the sandwich is the bread. I’m easily impressed I don’t expect 5 stars from lunch place it’s very difficult to make a sandwich and the bread **NSYNC with each other. The bread although toasted is nasty the veggies aren’t right either. $11 lunch for Trash food and trash customer service. I will never spend another dollar 💵 here! It’s a better location I know of

Ordered using the app, but they didn't deliver. I called the store to talk to a manager, but the staff was uncooperative. They haven't refunded me my money and there is no option for that using the app.

It I could, I would give a zero. Because here it is, 20 minutes before they close & they’ve locked the doors. I live two minutes up the road so this was going to be dinner for me and my toddler after a long work day, & there’s a woman just blatantly ignoring us at the door. I initially thought she was going to come unlock the door so waited for several minutes before she comes back and they turn the lights off. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate when closing time clearly states 10pm. Will NOT be back!
