Attempted to visit this location. When I walked into was not greeted. The employee was an assisting a customer which is fine.
While waiting, approximately 10 mins, with no acknowledgement from the employee or the manager that popped her head, I waited as the customer and the employee talked and talked about their life’s and where they from and how close their cities are to each other. At some point this was frustrating because the employee was more worried about her conversation than attending that customer and the ones waiting. I asked the employee if she was going to be any longer or if she was going to spend her time talking about life? The manager then pops up because she heard me which means she knew there was customers and allows her employees to have long conversations about life rather than working. The manager than said that I cannot rush them but it’s okay for them to just talk away. The manager also assumed that at my job I’m rushed this way?? So she because confrontational. lol I’ve been in customer service for over 10 years. It does not take 10 mins to put a slice of cheese on a sandwich/wrap. This is ridiculous. I mean I get it was only me and that one customer but the entire time I was there she was not working.
I came to the subway on Murphy and was greeted instantly. I got my food rather quickly and as I was in there I probably saw about 6 people be serviced and each one individually welcomed by the employee saying “welcome to subway.”
I will never try to visit the location this review is about. What’s ridiculous is the manager hearing the conversation and thinking this is okay

I came in to get some food around 8:30 I get off work late. I felt unwelcome like if I’m being a bother. I’m not saying you have to go out of your way to satisfy the customer but at least don’t make us feel like you don’t want our business. The heavy set lady attending me had an attitude the whole time and soon as I was done ordering a family came in and she got upset and mumbled under her breath “why do people want to come in at this time” Mam people get hungry at different times, some of us get off late and plus y’all don’t close till 10 so if someone wants food and y’all are open guess what? they are going to come in. I mean if you’re going to have an ugly attitude like that why even bother working? Should reconsider who y’all hire. 0 stars. get it together

I placed an order online and they didn't follow the instructions, they didn't add the sauce I asked for and they didn't even add the cheese.

Terrible manager and staff, they won’t attend to you, she didn’t talk to me nor take my order for over 20 min was just standing there and being rude to other people, she needs to be fired, I also noticed they are only like this to people that don’t speak Spanish to them

Since when is there an extra charge for extra pickles? She said I'm only allowed to get 6 pickles on a foot long sandwich! This location is closest to my house but I always have an issue at this location with the same lady! I'll be going elsewhere from now on!

I recently went to this location to pick up lunch for my grandmother, daughter and myself. There was a bit of a line but I was not bothered. I stood and witnessed the ladies working there be rude to not one but 2 customers. The current customer at the register and the current customer being served. Telling the first customer there was no black pepper and that he could not have extra lettuce but the other worker gave the customers next in line to him black pepper. The guy being served wanted a wrap the lady yells “it’s all the same”. Like bread and tortillas are the same. I DID NOT want to experience that treatment so I immediately left. Prompting the guy being served to leave as well. I’m sure he was a bit embarrassed by the way he was being talked to. There was absolutely no reason for attitude when the young man was on placing an order and trying to understand that he was saying everything correctly. I won’t be back until the current staff is corrected or replaced. Honestly i felt like they were ONLY being rude or serving attitude to the black people being waited for. I hate saying that! I really like the location on Bissonnet and Eldridge. They’re sweet and have great customer service! The food is also some how tastier. There were two ladies at west Bellfort before that were there for a long time, I liked them!
My husband went to this location at west bellfort, to get some sandwiches, the ladies that worked there, at west bellfort location were VERY VERY RUDE!!! they don't understand English, and the sandwiches WERE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !!!, little pieces of chicken and little amount of vegetables, it was more bread than anything... never ever coming back to this place!!!

I wish I will be reading the reviews before my husband went there, PLEASE MANAGER!!! are you reading the reviews? Because it looks like you don't worry or care about the customer service at all!!! and IF Y'ALL WANT TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE FROM SUBWAYS SANDWICH, GO TO STAFFORD LOCATION!!! I’m a regular customer but recently you guys hired new people they aren’t friendly they have attitudes and take forever to even come see what you want to order. EVEN WITH NO ONE IN THE STORE. Lately when I come in I ask for certain items and they always tel me they don’t have it right now. They ran out. Today I walked in to get a wrap I asked if they had any the woman who took forever to get to me when it was only one other customer in the store pointed to the bread machine behind her like I actually know what all is in there I then proceed to try to get the wrap and they discussing amongst themselves in Spanish like I’m not standing right there on how to make the wrap I’m requesting I basically just wanted to chicken on the wrap with the hot honey sauce I was willing to pay extra for the sauce I always come in and pay extra for meat and or other items on top of tipping. I just told them never mind and left cause the lady already had a attitude and then talking to each other didn’t make me feel any more at peace , too add insult to injury the website says y’all close at 10 nope last 3 times I went in between the hours of 7:30-9:00 they have told me they were closed and weren’t taking orders. Do not come here the food might be good but the service absolutely stinks. There are other subways in Houston and I will not be spending my money or coming to this location anymore .

Every single time I order on line the sandwich has only like 3 pieces of chicken barely any veggies it’s like I’m eating bread. That’s it. Not sure what’s going on but it’s the closest one to me so I can’t really go outta my way. Can it please get better? I order a little more than that and I get tiny pieces I don’t get it. & My husband waited an additional 15 mins bc it said it was ready and when he got there his sandwhich hadn’t even been made yet. This happened around 5ish pm.

Tried to call and cancel an online order and nobody would answer the phone we get there. They’re not busy at all. There’s nobody in the restaurant and the lady said oh we were busy we couldn’t answer like you were busy 10 minutes ago and couldn’t answer the phone where is the manager she’s not here? When will she be here? I don’t know what’s her name I don’t know..
