Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I definitely agree with some of the other reviews here that say the smoothies taste great but the workers here…. yikes. They have no clue what costumer service is. Lady at the drive through was rude and impatient. She kept asking “is that all? Is that all?” And “can you repeat yourself?” when nobody even said anything. Just rude and they take forever. I hate talking to the people who work here yall need to get a new staff and train them to talk to people with kindness and respect.

The smoothies are pretty good but the workers make it hard to come back. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time I come to grab a smoothie I regret it as the vibe is just terrible. The employees act like they don’t want you there. Just plain rudeness! Please teach your employees how much their interactions and attitudes with your customers plays a part in a business’s success! It’s very sad because the place deserves better from its employees.

Their service is too slow, need to be improved.

DO NOT go here to get any food i got my order today and immediately after consumption of it i got sick i called to speak with a manager she was absolutely disgusting tried to argue me down about what i ate yesterday horrible customer service

Loved the service from young Man, who works during mornings early afternoon hours.

Great friendly service but they are way understaffed.

Axel was a good person to take orders and very helpful even though it was my first time he gave me a bunch of his favorites and it was so good!! And he was so patient and made sure I had everything. 10/10 highly recommend

I came at 8:30. Closes at 9 and door was locked. Told me through window I have to go through drive thru. I was picking up my order that I had placed online and was supposed to be ready at 8:30.. just open door and hand it to me like really? Terrible service

The guy in the drive thru with the accent was very rude it seemed as if he was rushing us to hurry up and get thru the drive thru there wasn’t even any cars behind us

The workers are usually always rude. Went in to place an order and added whey protein a worker in the background yells very loudly “i don’t even know why they add protein it’s not even good for you, are they in here? good i don’t care that they can hear me” i ignore it but i’m guessing the one that yelled handed me my order and repeated “the whey protein isn’t even good for you so i dont why you added it” after this interaction im definitely not coming back here

Place looks great and I can’t complain about the service. I have only tried their smoothies and the Acai bowls so I’m not gonna give it a 4 or 5 star just yet. I love their smoothies my favorite is the chia banana boost it has all the things I love and I don’t have to add and sweetener if I don’t want which is great for me. I like their peanut butter smoothies and the acai berry boost no sugar or anything of course. The açaí bowls are pretty good either yogurt with fruit or smoothie bowl with fruits.

To the rude kids aka Grown adults that work here. You better learn some manners. Tropical smoothie policies per these kids is to give a customer 4 or 2 ounces of chicken on a super green wrap. Clearly she gave me 2 ounces which was rite about 6 to 7 extremely small pieces of chicken. I called 2 seconds right after I placed my app order to ask if I could pay for extra protein because every location I never taste meat. And trust I've been to a ton. Little did I know, that per them children you only get a few pieces. They claimed it had already been made, how ever when I arrived 5 minutes later it was still in the oven. Liar. Because I now know that this is the practice of Tropical Smoothie I will nolonger visit there establishments, because that is the only item I get when I go to Tropical Smoothie for over 5 years now. Then have the audacity to say I have to come back the next day when a manager is there. Maybe that's the problem, no supervisors watching them kids.....
