Went in to buy gift cards and Ainsley (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. While she was in the back confirming something for me, 3 other people made sure to come and ask me if I had been helped. That is excellent customer service right there.

I came in last night around 9pm. The servers are very sweet, but during my recent visit, I heard/saw a manager loudly scolding to the staff about a dirty table. Instead of helping out, he pulled all the workers away to address the issue, which i understand managers should do, although- it was obvious how he treats these servers on a daily after seeing the servers reactions. We had to wait for him to finish his scolding before we could get service, which made the whole experience...

Love their fried green tomatoes and mushrooms. Their service could be better though. Especially, pertaining to online orders. We can't seem to get all the proper items for our orders.
