Place smelled like fresh vomit. I asked if I could get graham crackers instead of peanut butter in a parfè and the manager Damien refused. Will NOT be going back here! The manager and staff here used to be top notch. Horrible now.

This place was gross smelled like spoiled milk as soon as you walk in I have nothing against the employees the people at the counter were very nice but the place was gross the floors where so sticky that you could hear everyone walking around then when we finally got are chicken strips they were burnt and on top of it we got some nasty old gravy that looked terrible it was very nasty to say the least ended up just throwing the food away and waisted 27 dollars I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen

It was a Sunday, It was pretty busy then normal probably because everybody was trying to catch it before they closed I know I was in line as well. Took a while but did get through our order was made to perfection. Thank you to the manager on duty for doing a great job and getting his drive-thru line in and out as quickly as possible and personally making our order perfectly!

Went thru drive thru. Ordered kids meal steak fingers, fries no salt, sprite, ice cream cone and Dude. Said no salt fries when ordering. When got to window I asked since speaker cuts out and could hear confirmation order. I asked again no salt on fries he said yes I got it, was it chicken or steak meal, I said steak. 25 min later of waiting. Fries were cold and salted and had to ask about cone when she returned to car with cone, told her fries had salt, she didn't offer or do anything but say I'm sorry. Dude was cold and hard like old, gravy was dark, steak finger were cold, so not sure why 25 min from ordering until they brought out. Worst DQ I've ever had.

Asked staff to clean a booth for my family after we offered to do it our selves and they refused for us to do so. Staff did a simple wipe down when booth seats, table, and self condiments were covered with ice cream, salt & pepper, and ketchup. We then proceeded to ask the manager on shift and they did the same. I had to grab paper towels with soap from the bathroom just so my family could sit and have lunch.

We went through the drive through and ordered food and the lady. Can't even hear me. She gives me chicken strips instead of steak fingers. I was mad, then my daughter goes back and picks up the steak fingers and said she went in and that place was disgusting. It was so nasty, it didn't even smell like food.
