We went through the drive through and ordered food and the lady. Can't even hear me. She gives me chicken strips instead of steak fingers. I was mad, then my daughter goes back and picks up the steak fingers and said she went in and that place was disgusting. It was so nasty, it didn't even smell like food. It smelt like mold and old and nastiness.I won't go back

I’d suggest a major overhaul of this place. Being a college town this place has opportunity to exceed expectations. Unfortunately it disappoints. Wasn’t necessarily busy and the wait for just dessert’s was actually close to 30 minutes seriously and this is no exaggeration.
I live in a city currently that has exploded due to oil & gas exploration. The drive thru line is normally very long as well as the counter service. I can say that I could order 2 & maybe 3 times here versus this DQ. On top of the wait order wasn’t complete for 2 of us so add 10 more minutes too. Pay attention owner and make a difference or your cash cow will go away.

I waited for an hour to get my food only to realize how messed up the order was when I got home. The patty melt I ordered didn't have cheese or onions on it, the stuff that literally makes it the burger a patty melt, at least it came on the toasted bread. For some reason they put spicy ranch and lettuce on it. My friends order of steak fingers was fine, but his jalitos burger didn't have jalitos on it.

40 minutes for 6 cars through the drive through on Saturday night 5:50-6:30 pm. You either need more help during peak hours or shut down your drive through

New management here has caused a big step backwards. Employees and managers don’t even seem to care. They aren’t rude or anything but they aren’t friendly at all. Interaction is very cold and impersonal. Food is super slow, even though the restaurant is never busy. Every time I try to give them another chance, I’m reminded why I never eat here. It’s just not worth it.

Never fails to disappoint the sheer idiocy when it comes to the staff here. Weather it's waiting to put in an order at the drive through or like today, put in an online order, get there, wait at counter 10 mins, then get told they hadn't started it yet. Food itself always great, but service 1/10

The filthiest and slowest place to eat that I have ever experienced on more than several occasions.

I only get the blizzard. They are good. I gave 3 stars because they keep your card for too long when paying at the window Everytime.

They have a great variety of blizzard flavors. And food is always really good.

My friend and I ordered ice cream only and after 15 minutes, i had to go to the counter to ask about the order. The stupid manager on duty was just too busy yelling at employees instead of running an organized shift. One of her employees who she was yelling at in front of other employees and customers walked out. The only employee who seemed more attentive to.customers was the one who was running the register. Horrible experience.

I cannot believe how awful my experience was at this Dairy Queen location. The workers were completely incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. Not only that, but the drive through speakers were so bad that the employee could barely hear me, and were also incredibly rude. I asked for a mint chocolate chip blizzard and the employee said “chocolate blizzard?” to which i said “no a mint chocolate chip blizzard” and he said “a mint blizzard?” to which i responded “yes with chocolate chips” and he repeated my order back to me so I said yes with chocolate chips for a 4th time. When I got to the window they gave me a mint blizzard WITHOUT CHOCOLATE CHIPS, so I said “there isn’t chocolate chips in this, and he goes “you didn’t ask for chocolate chips” so I told him I said it 4 times. And his coworker pushed him out of the way, then another coworker pushed them both out of the way and scolded them both, then fixed my order. I will never be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

This location was strange, to say the least. Drive thru speakers were not working properly. Most of these older locations have the same issue. This one was a bit different. We gave our order through the speaker, which i was kinda worried about that they didn't get it or hear it correctly. We waited on the car ahead of us for longer than usual wait time. I was to guess it was around a 10 min wait. When we finally arrived at the window, the guy didn't even speak. I handed him money, and he handed my change back then. Mins later handed us our food without ever waying one word. Was kind of putting to have a silent transaction. Weird would be the best way to describe it
