We were visiting for Halloween and got into town late. They provided excellent service right before close. The entire staff was very welcoming and went out of their way with my 1 year old.

It smelt like body odor when you walked in. We were not greeted or even acknowledged. Employee rolled her eyes when we ordered. There was standing water by the soda fountain with NO wet floor sign around. The 'manager' was walking around outside for over 30mins talking and yelling on the phone. The food was was over cooked. When leaving, the 'manager' was once again walking outside yelling on her phone.

Went inside and the whole place smelled like vomit. It was to the point I had to cancel my order and leave. I have no clue how anyone can eat under those disgusting conditions. I understand older buildings but this is beyond intolerable.

This is the “ Worst Ran DQ I’ve Ever Been In “!! Understaffed, waited 15 minutes and was still not recognized by a young lady that walked past us six times myself and four of the guests walked out. This is very disappointing, especially when you have a child that wants this product but I promise you I will never experience this again

Visited on a Sunday, with my family of six. Only placed two food orders, then ordered five blizzards. The taco salad that was ordered came out as 3 tacos, they brought out one blizzard and then proceeded to fill the order for the family after us. After ten minutes I asked if we were going to receive the blizzards. The staff then argued that they had already delivered them. Bad experience all around.

It took 45 minutes for a couple of blizzards. Several people walked out while waiting in line to order because no would come to the counter to take orders. Thanks, concerned citizen.

I like the blizzards and stuff but every single time I’m here it takes twenty minutes or longer to receive my order, with only one or two people in front of me
I ordered a shake. The place was dead. Three employees, including the manager and employee who took my order stood around for more than 5 minutes doing nothing. Never started my order, but were not working on other orders either. I left without the shake I paid for. Don't bother with this DQ.

Place smelled like fresh vomit. I asked if I could get graham crackers instead of peanut butter in a parfè and the manager Damien refused. Will NOT be going back here! The manager and staff here used to be top notch. Horrible now.

This place was gross smelled like spoiled milk as soon as you walk in I have nothing against the employees the people at the counter were very nice but the place was gross the floors where so sticky that you could hear everyone walking around then when we finally got are chicken strips they were burnt and on top of it we got some nasty old gravy that looked terrible it was very nasty to say the least ended up just throwing the food away and waisted 27 dollars I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen
