The same 3 people are always working, a younger white guy and white gal and an older black gentleman and I've gotten their names but I forgotten them. They provide a clean and accurate experience, and often look to see how the beat deals subway offers is always mentioned. So kind and hard working crew here at Washington st subway stephenville. The last time I went in in-person, an employee argued with me about how to order my sandwich, and then informed me they are encouraging people to order by the number on the menu because they are doing away with build-your-own. So I started ordering through the app for pickup. I've done this 3 times now, and twice my sandwich was wrong. Employees really should pay attention to the details on online orders. Also subway should not do away with the build-your-own feature.
