The last time I went in in-person, an employee argued with me about how to order my sandwich, and then informed me they are encouraging people to order by the number on the menu because they are doing away with build-your-own. So I started ordering through the app for pickup. I've done this 3 times now, and twice my sandwich was wrong. Employees really should pay attention to the details on online orders. Also subway should not do away with the build-your-own feature.

It has an advertisement on the class where it says, Deli slicing meats. Which is completely inaccurate. They do not slice their meat there. It is done somewhere else. There is no such thing as fresh at Subway. I don't think that I was charged correctly either. I paid thirty dollars for 3 6 inch subs and a 12 pack of

The same 3 people are always working, a younger white guy and white gal and an older black gentleman and I've gotten their names but I forgotten them. They provide a clean and accurate experience, and often look to see how the beat deals subway offers is always mentioned. So kind and hard working crew here at Washington st subway stephenville. Hope they will work with their staff on sanitary practices. One of the ladies picked something out of her teeth, wiped her nose and mouth, then put the gloves on and started making the sandwiches. The sink was right there and she didn’t wash her hands after picking at her teeth and wiping her nose and mouth.

Came here for a mobile order and the sandwich was perfect and easy to pick up. The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive to any of my needs, one even complementing my shirt. Great staff, clean environment, will come again.
