New management here has caused a big step backwards. Employees and managers don’t even seem to care. They aren’t rude or anything but they aren’t friendly at all. Interaction is very cold and impersonal. Food is super slow, even though the restaurant is never busy. Every time I try to give them another chance, I’m reminded why I never eat here. It’s just not worth it.
This location was strange, to say the least. Drive thru speakers were not working properly. Most of these older locations have the same issue. This one was a bit different. We gave our order through the speaker, which i was kinda worried about that they didn't get it or hear it correctly. We waited on the car ahead of us for longer than usual wait time.
