This location is UNABLE to utilize the app and Dunkin Donuts gift cards. You can't use the points from the app to make a purchase either.
What good is being open to the public without using the benefits afforded by the Dunkin Donuts app?
As a side note, the kids here are getting ripped off because they cannot enjoy the benefits of Dunkin Donuts.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Steubenville is the most humorous thing I’ve ever seen. Depending on what manager is working will dictate how you may have a drink made. No joke and by drink I simply mean hot chocolate. I went through at noon today (Saturday 10/30) and got a hot chocolate made with whole milk not water. When I left doing my running, I wanted another one so I drove through again around 1:15 pm. I was told by the poor young girl taking the orders that the current manager “refuses” to make them that way. That’s ridiculous and hysterical all the same time.Suffice to say I will not be back. I’ll go to the one a few miles down the road in Wintersville…The picture is of the first drink that I was able to purchase - so whatever manager was there for order #8838, kudos because you actually understand what customer service is and how not to be lazy.

It can get busy especially during breakfast. It is closed both on Saturdays and Sundays.
Usually quite good but, last time I went they gave me the wrong donuts. Made me sad

The staff it's very friendly
Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. The place has a great feel to it.
I love this place, excellent food & service. The staff was sociable and attentive. Prices are reasonable. My apartment is far from here, so I can't visit often.
