Foods usually ok, but this is the only chicken place Ive ever experienced that will actually short you tenders.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. They had one guy working by himself. None of the tables were clean. The floors were disgusting. There was food and trash in the floor under all the booths. Chicken is extremely overpriced for how terrible it was. Shrimp was over cooked. And the first time I went they closed the fryers down an hour and a half before they closed the restaurant expecting a handful of tenders and a couple of French fries to get by with. Highly disappointed in this place. Literally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I’ve seen run down gas stations with cleaner bathrooms than that entire restaurant

Went here for a quick lunch. Paid $22 for dry chicken, old fries and a roll that I have no words for. I strongly suggest yall get it together. Your giving golden chick a bad name.

Dude asked me if I he gave me the right amount of change. Then forgot some of my items on my meal. I think it would be better if they hired drug addicts to serve food. This location is complete trash. New generation youth need to learn how to work and show competency. I could fit all of my 3 piece chicken tenders in one hand.

Ordered here, got shorted a chicken tender, got maybe 8 total fries for one of the sides, then they were out of mac and cheese and root beer, too. Kinda sucked. Maybe it’ll be better next time.

Came her for dinner and spent $35 on dinner just for the counter lady to tell me after I had already paid with card that they didn't have rolls. So even if I were to ask for a refund (something I wanted to do) my money wouldn't be in my account so I could buy dinner else where. I felt as if it was done on purpose because I would not have gotten dinner there

Wait at window for 10 min after paying for workers to tell me it will be another 10 min for them to cook our food. Of coarse can’t give a refund because payed by card. Slowest fast food in town
Ordered at drive through. Then we were told after waiting in line for 15 minutes that it would take 15 to 20 minutes to cook some more fried chicken or we could take the roasted to complete our order. If they would have just started the fried chicken when we placed our order, it would have been ready.

I went here for lunch. The food was very good, and the place was nice and clean. Even the restrooms were clean! Staff were polite and helpful. My only complaint was the fountain machine was acting up, but sure that is a short term issue. The gravy was fine, but not a lot of taste. The chicken, however, was awesome. Very juicy and crispy outside. I got barbecue sauce, and that was a great compliment to the chicken. The fries were very hot and tasty. Recommend this place for a quick meal at a good price.

This place was “Okay” when I moved here 3 years ago. Now, the chicken has no flavor, they’re stingy with portions and they have no customer service skills. The line is always long, it takes them 15 minutes to serve one vehicle. I got the smallest chicken tenders and some crusty batter that contained no chicken. They do not give you enough gravy for all your tenders and good luck getting another even if you ask for it. Add to all of this the fact that they’re increasing prices to exorbitant amounts. Turn over is high and there will be a new face every time. This place is a joke. Chicken express is cheaper, huge portions and their food has flavor. Not to mention chicken express has great customer service. Save yourself, your wallet and your tastebuds disappointment and drive across town if you want chicken.
