The chicken is good, moist and fried to perfection for Golden Chick. Avoid the sour sweet tea as the canister needs a serious scrubbing. The mashed potatoes were not smooth and had a very off taste to them. After 5pm has 15 minute waits on fried food.

The chicken tasted bad and even had a fishy flavor, and the bread smelled weird. The cashier was very rude to me and my family, which really ruined the experience. On the other hand, I think it was the manager who greeted us with a smile and treated us kindly, and another worker was polite and friendly when I asked for napkin, unlike the cashier, who looked annoyed when I asked. Overall, the food and service from the cashier need serious improvement, but I appreciated the kindness from the other staff members.

I understand why no one is in this restaurant at noon. The restaurant is not clean, tables are dirty. There are zero customers. I won’t even mention the restroom which was disgusting. I went to wash my hands before ordering and walked right out the front door it was so nasty

they were out of gravy and mac and cheese. what chicken place is out of gravy?? then we we substituted a side they were also half out of it. They are no where near closing time. it’s ridiculous. i’m honestly surprised they weren’t out of chicken at this rate.

We recently picked up an order in the drive through while in a hurry. Got to our destination and found that we were missing both family sides. I called and asked them to refund the money for just that part but they flatly refused even after the employee confirmed he’d left them out. My only option was to go back…which wasn’t an option for me. I don’t like paying for something I didn’t get. They happily took my money and shorted me, and there is nothing I can do. I find it troubling enough that I will be avoiding that restaurant from now on. It’s a shame because the fried and roasted chicken are generally good. There are way better chicken strips and sandwiches elsewhere, but I will miss the fried and roasted.

We were in the drive thru, and the lady at the window was wonderful and answered all the questions in a friendly timely manner. The food is great and when asked for recommendations, she was quite helpful.

If you order online/app it’ll take 20-30 minutes easily to get your food, not 10 minutes. This has happened repeatedly

Absolutely disgusted with this place. They had one guy working by himself. None of the tables were clean. The floors were disgusting. There was food and trash in the floor under all the booths. Chicken is extremely overpriced for how terrible it was. Shrimp was over cooked. And the first time I went they closed the fryers down an hour and a half before they closed the restaurant expecting a handful of tenders and a couple of French fries to get by with. Highly disappointed in this place. Literally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I’ve seen run down gas stations with cleaner bathrooms than that entire restaurant

Dude asked me if I he gave me the right amount of change. Then forgot some of my items on my meal. I think it would be better if they hired drug addicts to serve food. This location is complete trash. New generation youth need to learn how to work and show competency. I could fit all of my 3 piece chicken tenders in one hand.
