“Me and my husband ate there this evening and the hibachi cook was amazing and the food was really good, I know the waitstaff earns their money through their tips, we tipped the cook and the waiter separately. The tip wasn’t a lot because it’s between paydays. I was lectured by the waiter that he has to tip out the cook 7 o/o at the end of the night, even though we tipped the cook and the waiter separately. I didn’t appreciate the lecture and should have asked for the insignificant tip back if he wasn’t happy with it“
