“My son told us a few months ago that we need to try this spot, we finally did, and we’ll definitely be back because the food was delicious! I ordered one of the rolls, a side of fried rice, and an order of the chicken hibachi which was amazing! I’m a big fan of fried rice, but I’ll probably pass on that next time and only order the stir fry. Great spot if you’re looking to mix it up and try a good local spot!“

“We have really enjoyed this charming place since the day they opened. The decor is so pretty that I’m envious of their selections. It has taken a while for the popularity of this restaurant to catch on but it seems the word is out now. The menu items are interesting and fresh. Not run-of-the-mill sushi as is found elsewhere. Truly a dining delight. We’re very pleased to have them in Southlake Town Square and appreciate that they provide such a pretty and delicious offering.Keep up the great work!“

“My go-to sushi restaurant that my family and I have been going to for over 2 years! The gentleman who owns and runs it is the most welcoming and friendliest person we've met! We have become his regulars! His food is always fresh and oh so delicious!! You definitely get your monies worth! The sushi rolls are always big, mouthful bites. The restaurant is always clean and provides restrooms. Our favorite sushi rolls are Alaskan Roll, Read River, Hot Mama & King Kong!Parking: Sushi Go is next to a pizza restaurant Te Amo and a Tae Kwon Do.“

“Hush sushi was awesome! Loved every aspect of it. Food, service, ambiance, location were all perfect for our short time in Southlake. We had the sashimi omakase and the nigiri omakase. Both of which were delicious! We also got the Rangoons which were absolutely perfect.Awesome spot, highly recommend!“

“The interior of the restaurant was such a vibe for a late Monday night. We were so happy to find a restaurant that was open late during the weekday. Our server was so friendly and suggestive. We had the chicken katsu don and the spicy tuna roll and a house salad. The breading on the Katsu was so good and crunchy. The tuna paired perfectly with the dressing my salad had. It was an excellent experience!“

“UPDATES: Come back a few times. Their service improved a lot. The food are great. Tbh, it is better than most of AYCE sushi in Dallas area. Will come back more often. This place is AYCE but what I got was waiting!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 20 MINS AND GET 3 PIECE OF SALMON. THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! Not sure why it got so many 5 star reviews, but it was the worst experience for us.We (3 people) came in at 6.30 on Sunday night. We waited for 15 mins to sit in a table which is understandable. Then we waited for another 15 mins before someone finally showed up. It is AYCE sashimi buffet so you are allowed to order 5 dishes at a time. We ordered 1 appertizer (fried oyster), 1 roll and 3 sashimi dishes. Waited 10 mins for 3 pieces of fried oyster. After waiting more than 20 mins, we had to speak up and talked to the manager. They explained sashimi and sushi are made fresh per order. Then they brought to the table 3 pieces of salmon. So literally we waited for more than 30 mins since we ordered to get 3 pieces of fried oyster and sashimi!!!! (If we dont complain, possibly the wait will be longer). No one visit or check our status during the time. This is supposed to be AYCE!!! At this speed, we will have to wait all night to get what we want. I understand becoz of Covid then buffet has to change a bit but this is how they limit you to order!!! Got so frustrated so we decided to leave. Be prepare to wait or just go somewhere else!!!“

“Its not for me. We’re going through and trying out the sushi in this area. Im extremely particular about my sushi. I got the dragon roll and it was over filled with imitation crab, a pinprick of avocado but a good amount of yellowtail topper. Terrible execution. Cucumber salad was also disappointing. Tasted and looked old and leftover. Overall, I may try this once more as it was def better than Oishii but so far, only Hatsuyuki and Nikko have been able to compete with my rankings while searching this side of the airport. Im desperate to find some more that reach my expectations!!!“

“I've only done takeout here, but for the few seconds I've interacted with the employees, they have been insanely nice! The portions are pretty large considering I make an online order and everything is so tasty! The place looks like your standard quick dining place. I definitely want to try eating here one day!“

“We come here for the sushi. It's our favorite place to go when we're in the mood for it. We often get the spicy salmon roll, the pacific roll, the avocado roll, and the calamari roll. My husband also enjoys the gyoza and orange chicken from time to time. The atmosphere is nice and they're always welcoming. The manager, June, always greets us with a smile and checks in on our family.“

“My husband found this spot when he was looking for poke. I thoroughly enjoyed the poke a few times. So today I decided to try some rolls. I ordered the spicy tuna and spicy salmon. I can say they were delicious. I wish I would have ordered more! The service is speedy and the atmosphere is quaint. I uploaded a picture to showcase the salmon. I asked for green onions on top.“

“I've been coming here for awhile now. Great food, cold draft beer, and great service. But lately there seems to be very inconsistent on my sashimi salad...some time we received sliced pieces, and other times it would be small chunky pieces.“

“Stopped in on 4/27 for dinner - it was a quick decision since we were on a tight schedule and never looked at the reviews, simply in the mood for sushi and it was close to us.Upon arrival, seemed like a normal restaurant in a shopping center but as soon as we walked in, we were transported to another place. It was beautiful decorated and the creative lighting set the perfect ambiance. We were quickly seated and our drink order taken. She returned with the drinks and an iPad and we were to order from there. I will say, it felt a little disconnected service wise since everything was done from the iPad but it wasn’t a deal breaker.I had a seaweed salad, along with a Hairmex roll rainbow roll, and my husband had a fried California roll and the Golden Triangle roll.Wow! The Hairmex was our favorite! Probably one of the best tempura rolls I’ve ever had! Delicious, fresh, and so flavorful. The most disappointing was the rainbow roll but it wasn’t bad, just felt it was lacking a bit.We were a little thrown off we had to ask for ginger and wasabi, I thought that was a no brainer, however, our plates didn’t include them.Overall, delicious sushi in a beautiful setting! We will most definitely be back.“

“It was our first time visiting this establishment. Coming in we were surprised by the modern and yet traditional decor of the restaurant. We started our meal with bao buns, a temptation roll, green tea, and a draft beer. Everything was outstanding. For our main course we ordered the beef bowl, fish and chips, and miso soup. All the food we order surpassed our expectations. Our favorites were the bao buns and beef bowl. This is a local restaurant everyone should try. You won’t be disappointed with anything you order.Dietary restrictions: They offer several gluten free options and you can customize certain dishes to be gluten free.“

“I will be back. Came with my dad. I didn't know anything about it previously, just so happen to be in the area, and everything tasted amazing!Even though it took a minute to get drinks and started after that service was 5star. Tables were very close together, unfortunately but wasn't a deal breaker by any means. Thank you for having us!“

“This is a small (maybe seats 20 people) sushi place, but it has a lot of great rolls at a good price. They also have a "all you can eat" deal for $25, but you should be aware of three things - 1) everyone at the table has to get the all you can eat (this is pretty much expected in my experience, but there were people there at our last visit that seemed very confused and upset by it), 2) it's a limited menu, so you can't order everything on the menu under AYCE, and 3) as with other AYCE sushi, you will have to pay extra for anything you order but do not eat. If you plan on an appetizer, at least two rolls each, and the orange-chocolate dessert, it's worth it for a solo diner, but it really shines with multiple people so you can try different rolls!“

“Spicy tuna, yellow fin and salmon really good. Especially sauces and custom toppings. Plan on coming back for another bowl and to try their ice cream sandwiches. Strawberry coconut and peanut butter chocolate ice cream sandwiches have my name on them.“

“This is one of my favorite local Japanese places in Roanoke. Their prices are more than reasonable, which is a big deal for me, and their food is delicious! Everything tastes authentic and fresh, and they always provide excellent service. Everything we have had here tastes wonderful. Thank you for such a great spot. We love Fish and Knife.“

“That was fantastic. The sushi was incredible. Wonderful greeting when I entered. The staff was incredibly welcoming. Walking to my seat at the sushi bar. I looked at the sushi and it looked fabulous. I was quite surprised. I don’t know why. But I grew up in Hawaii and that’s my standard. And this was quite impressive. I will definitely definitely be back to this place quite a bit.“

“This Itoko is one of Sushi restaurants where serve "Cooked Egg Sushi (Tamagotchi)" in this area. Every time I order here, something different, seems like the foods were prepared by different chef. So I haven't written any reviews recently. But today's sushi combo was very good with fresh fish "Neta". Today,“

“We moved to Southlake two years ago and tried so many sushi places before landing on Ra. It is by far my wife’s and my favorite sushi place in town. We’ve now come back multiple times. Most recently we had Lauren as our server. She was super friendly and helpful. Overall experience is always great.“

“Nice ambiance for a 'strip mall' place. Food, service, prices and cleanliness are all very good. Bent Box prices at lunchtime are a bargain. Great Tempura, 'real' (not pre-cooked) rice, the Sushi and Sashimi are extraordinary. They serve a small salad, as well as Miso soup, with the Bento Box lunch - a nice touch.“

“My wife had gotten an ad for Sushi Sam on her social media, and went to check out where they were. We had driven past them a number of times heading to the Southlake town center, and usually they are on the other side of 1709 from where we are coming to head to what we are going to do that we hadn't really considered them before checking out their menu. Service was outstanding, it did feel like they were overstaffed for the amount of customers they had. We decided to go heavy on veggie rolls due to the number of different options they had compared to our normal places. While it was all good, the only thing that stood out was our one meat option that we got for our 8 year old ... a chicken teriyaki roll (cooked.) Prices are a little on the higher side as well when we compare rolls that we can compare to other places we do go to. (I'll give them credit on that, they are in Southlake.) We will likely return at least a couple more times, especially with our 16 year old in tow with us to try that teriyaki roll, and to try items we didn't get a chance to try this time around. Though, they may not be our regular spot for our regular rolls.“

“The fried rice and noodles are some of the best I've had at a hibachi restaurantThat being said, the meats need work as I've had better quality flavor on the chicken, steak and shrimp at other places. Still a solid hibachi restaurant!“

“The Beef Bibimbap was fantastic. Fresh veggies. Tender beef. Eggy egg. That red sauce was tasty too, not too hot either. The name should reflect the Korean dishes because I came looking for Japanese food. It's a good thing I gave that dish a shot. Will definitely come back to try a Japanese dish whenever I'm working this area again.Food arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering at the counter. Staff was helpful on decision.“

It was great too.Vegetarian options: veggie Fried rice, and ramen without egg is great here.“

“You have to try their Plum wine sake! This is a good sushi place. They have good lunch specials with the bento boxes. “I have been coming here since she opened a little over 5 years ago. Or before my daughter was born. It is by far the best sushi I've had in the Fort Worth area and I have tried a lot of other places! This is a privately owned restaurant, so quality is the focus. It is BYOB now so bring some Saki!Parking: Inside a strip mall so there is plenty of parking“

“After two years of being a regular customer, I am finally writing a review on my favorite restaurant. This place has the best prices, best atmosphere, best service, and BEST food. As a college student, I am constantly hungry and I spend way too much money on food but I never feel guilty eating here as there are always so many budget friendly options on the menu. It is a family owned restaurant, that never fails to deliver on the quality of their food and service. They have a dish for everyone so if you don't like sushi, don't worry; their ramen and fried rice options are delicious too. If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out! Here are some of my recommendations for things to try:My favorite appetizers: miso soup, monkey brains, takoyakiFavorite sushi rolls: winter roll (warm, comforting), dragon eel roll (savory), caterpillar roll (warm, comforting), crazy crunch roll (discount roll, super tasty for salmon lovers), cowboy roll (savory, warm)Bang for your buck meals: any of the bentos, birria ramen, shoyu pork ramen, combination fried rice“

“My family has spent the last few years looking for what we believe to be the best sushi near us. We all love Cowtown Sushi because of the consistency and quality of their menu. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It's nice enough for a date, but not overly stuffy. The pride in the craft is apparent not only in the taste, but also in the presentation, especially the Mt Fuji roll that has become a must have on the list of rolls we order during a visit. If I had to point out a flaw, it would only be the halogen track lighting, while mostly well controlled and balanced so you can see your food and dining companions a handful of seat positions in the restaurant get the spotlight effect and it can be straining on your eyes.“

“This is the best place ever. The price is so cheap compared to everything you can get. Food comes fresh and they have fruit punch my favorite. So many options to choose from. I love their nigiri and gyoza and short ribs. And they have very good green tea ice cream. You won't find another place this cheap for the amount of sushi they offer.“

“In town for a corporate meeting and had takeout from here. Order the 6oz Chicken Hibachi with fried rice and miso soup. The food was ready in 15 minutes and was very good. My only complaint is that there should have been more vegetables in the meal. Otherwise. I would go back and hear again.“

“Awesome experience! I love the menu. It's a mix of sushi, ramen and Japanese fried rice bowls. Perfect for those nights the wife wants sushi and I want something different. The apple roll is unique and great. We also had the cherry blossom for an appetizer. The ramen was great! The broth has lots of flavor and perfect amount of oily texture. The house hot sake is also great Build out inside is nice but you can still dress casual. The staff is very nice and attentive!“

“Food is 3.5/5 since it's average but overall is 4/5. Broth tastes good but the ramen overall is mid. There are definitely better ramen restaurants for the same price range of ~$14-$15. But I like how this restaurant offers a whole egg while other places usually offer half an egg. The space itself seems large because they don't fill the whole restaurant with tables. Service is nice and food comes out quickly.“

“This was interesting. It's where my brother and his new wife wanted to go after they got married. I would have expected the place to set up a bit better for the occasion, but hey. No complaints coming from me. The food was good. The drinks were good. Just a little more of a "run down" appeal for me. Nonetheless, I'd go back.“

“Listen up guys, the entire country of Japan couldn't even dream of producing better sushi than this place. The atmosphere is quiet and calming, the servers are terrific at being attentive but not too intrusive. Everything about this place merits 5 stars and more. I've been many times and don't ever write reviews but man, every single time they have always been amazing and never have disappointed unlike my dad.“
