The sushi is always the freshest, whether talking about the salmon, tuna, wrappers, fruit, avocados, whatever the ingredients are it is the freshest! The staff are amazing, whether hostess, wait staff, Sushi chefs, even the bus crew everyone is friendly and professional. Patrick is eager to tell you about the food as much as he is about how he and the rest of the chefs have all been friends for years. This is the type of place that you keep going back because it is always amazing!
