In 8 years of going, found out about a month ago she FINALLY hired a decent and competent bartender. Went back last weekend to find he was serving tables. We're done. It took the new bartender 35 minutes to make a dirty martini and a Strawberry blonde. Sushi came out without wasabi or ginger, that took another 15 minutes to get. And if you guys have been, you know it's not busy. Ever. Hopefully Roanoke gets rid of them and finds a better Japanese host. BTW went to Hanabi at Alliance...read full review
Sushi quality has gone down, while prices have increased. Good service, our sushi rolls were missing ingredients, kitchen closed early and rolls could get certain ingredients.
We absolutely love Foster’s. The food is always delicious and the staff are great. They are very attentive and always smiling. We eat here at least once a week.

Based on the reviews, Foster's Sushi offers some of the BEST sushi in the area, with fresh sushi that melts in your mouth.
