Based on the reviews, Foster's Sushi offers some of the BEST sushi in the area, with fresh sushi that melts in your mouth. The food is incredible, and specific menu items mentioned include the Jenny roll, sakura roll, Nacho Roll, avocado bombs, egg rolls, edemame, rangoon, filet hibachi, short ribs, Bibimbap, Beef & Shrimp Hot Ramen, and salmon sushi. The service is equally amazing, with a staff that is so sweet, enthusiastic, and friendly. The whole staff is known for being intentional, greeting customers with a "Hellllo!!!!" and singing with a gong for birthday celebrations. They also provide free deep fried cheesecake and play happy birthday on a speaker. The new management has kept the restaurant great. Foster’s is highly recommended for sushi lovers and anyone who loves great Asian cuisine.
