Called and put in an order for 8 pizzas pne hourbefore a birthday party. When we went to pick them up was told they had not gotten our order even though it was plaonly on our call log. Please do better we had alot of hungry kids waiting on us.

Walked in and waited for someone to come to the register and get my order. Employees looked at me and ignored me and continued talking, eventually someone came, I asked for a hot n ready pepperoni ? they said I had to wait 30 min so I told em I’d be back and gave them my name. After 39 min I came to pick it up and they said to wait 15 min because it was still in the oven, I waited and waited and when I another employee passed by I asked if they could check if my pizza was ready. They pulled one out from under the ready pizzas with my name on it. My pizza was ready long before, and they didn’t bother to check but say that it was still in the oven cooking??‍♀️just a waste of my time, same for the drive through, they keep u waiting outside the window for 10 min or more before they decide to finally show up. Pizza is great not gonna lie but the employees themselves do not go above and beyond to help a customer leave with a smile.

Very great service and food was great. Brandin was the cashier and was very helpful and great customer service and my pizza was ready and great. All you see is negative reviews and they don't do this place justice.

STAY AWAY from this place literally the workers are on something waited almost 30mins for to be “acknowledged” at the window i get being busy and being let known that they are swamped but this wasn’t the case no one was at the counter or any customer coming in and those who did came in for their food waited along time to be acknowledged the guy at the counter kept looking at us in drive through and ignored us i had enough when i realized there where 4+ cars behind us and knocked on the door to asked about our order and he looked so out of it and said “oh yeah i have that ready for you” and left to go get it we didn’t eat our food because he looked like he was on something and was genuinely tweaking

Purchased 2 pepperoni and I Thin Crust Supreme. This was the best pizza I have ever eaten. The new GM is amazing, I will visit this store over and over!!! Great job!!!!!

I went in for a hot and ready pizza. They had pepperoni which was fine with me.

I placed my order for pickup at 1930, got the notification as I pulled up at 1927 that my order just went in to the oven. Expected it to be busy on a Friday evening so I went to HEB and grabbed a few things I needed and got the notification that it was packed up and ready. Came back at 1956 expecting to walk in, grab my family’s order and walk out and start the 15 minute drive home, NOPE! Part of my order was ready but the rest still hadn’t been put in the oven yet. I waited for another 15 minutes before walking out. Young lady at the front told me everyone was new and that everyone was in a bad mood, which was obvious as the workers in the back were bickering with each other about what to do and threatening to walk out. Needless to say, save yourself the trouble, grief and frustration and just go to BJs off the square. Their service may be slow but at least they serve beer and have sports playing while you wait, not mention the pizza is 100 times better.

DONT EAT HERE!!! I went up there with my 2 year old son. I told them i wanted a classic. I said it twice because they always get it wrong. The girl says okay. The guy then sticks a extra most through the bottom rack like its a classic. So now i have a doughy greasy extra most classic or whatever they want to call it. Called a dozen times before someone could pick up. The lady was dismissive of my claim and hung up. Employees dont care about you or your money. THERE IS A DOMINOES DOWN THE STREET!!!

The staff here has the worst attitude. My husband goes in and the young lady says, "what do you want?" Instead of a proper greeting. A few night ago, one lady was walking around spraying cleaner all over the floor and my husband didn't realize it as there were no wet floor signs. He nearly slipped and fell and they all just watched and said nothing at all. You're lucky there hasn't been a reason for someone to sue you yet. I would NEVER recommend this location.
