This store will NOT answer phone. I ordered 3 frappe through app and was only given 2. Did it realize was shorted till on way home to Comanche which is about 30 miles. Have tried to call many, many times and phone is NEVER answered. Not happy at all. Frappes are not cheap so need money back or a replacement next time go to McDonalds
had a mask but wasn't wearing on their face. no napkins and so rude!!! other associates was just revealing their nose but the drive thru lady did not even cover her mouth. never going back!
After 30 years of going into the restaurants. I have banned for life., because they said I was a suspicious character. Being a pastor of a Local church. I talk to people. I made someone uncomfortable. I have share my faith in these restaurants for the last 8 to 10 years, so I do not see how I am a stranger. I have live here in Stephenville for almost 30 years. This McDonald's location has a nice indoor play area, making it a popular spot for kids. However, the play area closes at 8 pm, and the kiosk system can be confusing. Despite some issues with ordering and receiving drinks, the food is solid and consistent with McDonald's standards. Note that the kid's area can be filthy at times, and service may be slow.
