Jimmy John's has consistency down pat. Each time I've ordered from here they've done a great job of getting me my food quickly and as I ordered. The food is always fresh (if you can have fresh deli meat ), but the veggies are fresh, and ordering is simple. Great job guys and keep up the great work.

First and last time. We waited for our food and didn't know they were screaming numbers of the sandwiches that we had ordered. We didn't remember the numbers. Staff did not explain when to get drinks or chips so we waited. Ordered a side of acacado but didn't have a utensil to use. The only reason they got a 3 and not a 1 star was because the employee gave me a fork from her personal stash in her purse. Food was adequate.
