Schlotzsky's is a restaurant that has shown improvements in customer service. The new manager displayed excellent hospitality and went above and beyond to assist a customer. The food was fresh and delicious. However, there were some issues with missing ingredients in an order, and the response from staff was not satisfactory. The restaurant seemed disorganized, with mix-ups in orders and delays in serving complete meals. While the sandwiches were good, there were definite areas for improvement in management and efficiency.
