I love Whataburger, but this one in Stephenville is awful. We waited in line right at 30 minutes from pulling in the line until we got our food. We ordered a chicken strip sandwich meal and two apple pies. That’s it. Nothing hard about that. Get to the window after we paid and they tell us that they gave our order to somebody else so we could wait for pies or get lemon pies. Waited 20 minutes to get order taken only to find out they no longer serve burger I wanted which ok no big deal waited 15 minutes after ordering to get food and it was cold!!!!!
