Hollie was incredible! She is probably the best sommelier I have experienced at a winery. She was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and most of all fun. She shared the right level of information based on our interest level, told great stories, and at the same time taught us a lot about wine in general and the wines at Pedernales. The next time I visit, I will definitely request Holly.

Off the traditional 290 path but sooo worth the drive. The views are breath taking and loved it so much we came back for another round! Val did an amazing job going through our tastings while giving us a wealth of knowledge about the process creating the specific wines. Definitely will make a return trip on our next visit. 🥳💕

We are long tine Texas wine enthusiasts but have never stopped here before. Today we stopped in with a friend who is a member of their wine club for a tasting. Holly was amazing. Her energy was great and as she was presenting each wine I was intrigued by her very concise but specific tasting notes. She made very specific but comprehensive descriptions sound conversational.Curiosity caused us to ask and we found out she not only was a Level 2 Sommelier but also had a degree in Viticulture. We learned a great deal while enjoying really good wines. If Holly is indicative of where this winery is headed we are excited to come back.
