Our first time here and omg....the views are beautiful. My wife and I are actually right now having a bottle and it's reading 87° while I'm writing this review. Valente is who helped us and was so kind to check on us from time to time. We are not members yet, but soon will be. The staff is great and the wine is so delicious. They let us have a tasting and I can yell you this, all the tastings of wine are great tasting. Live music makes it even better, which we are listening right now. Check out this place, it is a must!

Had a wonderful time visiting this winery. Jeremy, our host, was assume and shared a lot of information about the winery and their wine. He truly made the experience special. The wine was very tasty, especially the Tempranillos.

Jeremy was the wine steward for our tasting. He provided us a balanced experience of sharing his knowledge of the wines while leaving us be while we drank our glass. We also had the opportunity to meet Holly who I assume is the enologist for the winery. She offered us a brief tour of the cellar and fermentation room. The whole experience at Pedernales was outstanding and the wine is also excellent.

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon to celebrate my birthday with my first wine tasting in the hill country based on a recommendation from a friend that knows I enjoy Viognier. Jeremy promptly greeted us and upon hearing my preference for white wines, customized my tasting to include their Roussanne. He was full of knowledge about the wines and the process at Pedernales Cellars. We were so impressed that we compared our other tasting experiences over the next two days with our first visit at Pedernales. On our way back home, we stopped at Pedernales again and Jeremy was working and introduced us to Holly. Holly took our experience at Pedernales to the next level by giving us a private tour of the cellar and sharing her vast knowledge of wine making. We were blown away by the genuine hospitality and knowledge of the wine making process. Jeremy and Holly made our experience unique and unforgettable. We cannot wait to revisit in September for the wine club pickup.
