I brought a deer and an Aoudad here to be processed and WOW was I surprised! Friendly patience people with an affinity towards excellence.This is by far the best place I have ever been to process deer. The sausage is amazing no grizzled meat. These people know what they are doing and they care.

I got 2 deer processed here in Dec2022. The dried sausage with habanero is literally the best product I’ve ever had from any processor I’ve used in the past. I got 20lbs if it and its already gone. Also very impressed with the wrapping they do. I hunt a lot in east Texas and I’m planning to do the 4 hr drive to get my meat processed here every time. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!!

Very kind people, they stayed and allowed me to drop my meat off after 7 when I got stuck in San Antonio traffic. Their jerky and dried sausage are amazing. This time I’m having their salami and meat sticks made. I can’t wait to try them!
