Nice little spot for chai in Sugar Land. The Kashmiri chai was flavorful but could have been a bit hotter. Loved the cozy setup and friendly staff. I will be back to try their rolls next time.
Very nice bun Kabab. Took me back home to Karachi. Cherry on top is the kadak chai. Amazing!!! Served with a smile & made it worth coming all the way from South Carolina. Highly recommend!

They make roti fresh tea chicken a very good taste better than any other restaurant we will order for the party and any function I recommend try this restaurant provide them more menu item there nihari is good we will go weekend for breakfast insallah
