Recently went to @bonsaisltx and this is a place that I enjoyed. #halal Hibachi, with an entertaining chef and great food. we ordered the Combo Beef and Chicken which comes with Rice and Veggies, also ordered Edemame, Crab Puffs, and a few sushi rolls. first off the Hibachi Beef and Chicken was great, perfectly cooked, the meat was tender and juicy, with the Fried Rice and veggies put together it was a great portion size. we alo enjoyed the rest of the items we ordred aswell. crab puffs and Edemame you cant go wrong with. Overall a great spot, nice and clean, with a friendly staff.

Absolutely Dissapointed. I wasn’t even able to order my food, due to how unwelcoming they were. The server was very understanding with us, the manager however was the reason for my review. We placed our order and agreed to it fulfilly, asking for a substitution for the salad with some rice, YET they couldn’t comply with it even after agreeing. Please don’t waste your time on this, and actually go to resterants which will make your food promptly and readily.

My wife and I had lunch today at bonsai and hibachi restaurant in Sugarland, Texas! The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Based upon our experience today, we can highly recommend this restaurant to our family and friends. Give this one a shot.

If you're in the mood for sushi and sashimi don't bother visiting here... My companion ordered hibachi... filet Mignon ,veggies and fried rice. Mediocre at best. I chose the nigiri combo for 18$.with a side of seaweed salad. The salad was FROZEN and everything else was not sushi standard. so disappointing. Keeper's remains our go to for Japon while in Sugarland.

This is such a delightful place. I had a fabulous time! Food was very good and the hibachi chef was so entertaining. Just a few small things that I have to nitpick about: I almost walked through the wrong entrance. The lack of a full bar, which I was told would be resolved eventually. The trashcan in the restroom is too short. There’s too many menus to order from, three of them. Very small and silly issues I had, that didn’t really don’t affect my experience negatively but I hope to see fixed.

The food is always amazing. Haven't tasted such delicious noodles and sushi anywhere before. Plus plus it's ALL HALAL. Service is not the best but not the worst. They sometimes forget bringing the menu. The manager lady is very.. serious.
