Terrible experience at the Sugar Land location. Ordered online to pick up. Got to the restaurant and order wasn’t ready. There was literally 4 people in the restaurant already eating. Got to the car and part of my order was missing. When I went back inside, the staff didn’t even care. I got home and my daughters chicken pita didn’t even have the chicken.
