Celebrated our mom’s birthday at dinner service on a busy Friday night, yet EVERY aspect of our experience was on point! The food was delicious. Every bite and sip was DELICIOUS. The service was friendly and attentive. They even surprised us with a delectable chocolate sponge cake for mom’s birthday! We really felt taken care of by every employee. Based on the reviews, B.B. Italia Bistro & Bar is a very cosy, well decorated restaurant. The delicious food is a reason to return, with the focaccia service, vodka pasta, ricotta and spinach cannelloni, whipped ricotta with fresh foccacia, calamari, and steamed muscles all receiving praise. The pasta itself was clearly fresh and cooked perfectly al dente. The berry sorbet and mango gelato were really good, though the tiramisu looked pretty but was underwhelming. The staff includes polite and helpful individuals who provide five star service. One server gave the best experience, being interactive with much knowledge and experience. Another server was amazing, very attentive and patient. However, the restaurant adds a service fee to the bill without telling you, and some staff members negatively impacted the experience with rude interruptions and confrontational behavior.
