Great food! Just got to go last night but would go back and eat in. Nice atmosphere.
Celebrated our mom’s birthday at dinner service on a busy Friday night, yet EVERY aspect of our experience was on point! The food was delicious. Every bite and sip was DELICIOUS. The service was friendly and attentive. They even surprised us with a delectable chocolate sponge cake for mom’s birthday! We really felt taken care of by every employee. 3% surcharge to eat at this restaurant. Very poor acoustics, very very loud. And the restaurant was not crowded. About 50% capacity. The food runner was also very rude when we asked questions. He rolled his eyes at us. Very disrespectful. We will not visit again. Better to go to north italia or coppa osteria for better service and ambiance at the same prices. Plus the other Italian restaurants dont have surcharges.

Based on the reviews, B.B. Italia Bistro & Bar is a very cosy, well decorated restaurant. The delicious food is a reason to return, with the focaccia service, vodka pasta, ricotta and spinach cannelloni, whipped ricotta with fresh foccacia, calamari, and steamed muscles all receiving praise. The pasta itself was clearly fresh and cooked perfectly al dente. The berry sorbet and mango gelato were really good, though the tiramisu looked pretty but was underwhelming. The staff includes polite and helpful individuals who provide five star service. One server gave the best experience, being interactive with much knowledge and experience. Another server was amazing, very attentive and patient. However, the restaurant adds a service fee to the bill without telling you, and some staff members negatively impacted the experience with rude interruptions and confrontational behavior.
