The only thing that I would suggest that they give the wrapped utensils to the table before food because my food came before I even had utensils and I have to wait to get the utensils

My experience here was not good, the waiter I had only came to check on our party of 12 twice and that was to get the drink order & the food order. My wife ordered a lemon drop and received a vodka/lemon juice. I would not come to this location if you’re looking for a decent dinner experience.

Drove over an hour for my husbands birthday dinner, we made a reservation for a party of 15, we waited over 40 mins to be sat. Once we got seated the waiter took forever to bring our drinks out. We got appetizers first then our meals came out then our drinks came out with barely any ice in them. Food was bland and small portions, kids meals came with more food than our adult meals. Very disappointing! Manager and hostess were very rude as well!! Webster location is much better

This review is specific to the Sugar Land location. The first clue should have been few cars in the parking lot even though it was lunchtime. When we first arrived at the restaurant, we noticed a stale smell in the building. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and it smelled like it had not been maintained; it smelled like feces. The individual taking our order was visibly sick, and had a noticeably runny nose. As a result of these things observed, we decided to leave and eat someplace else.

Right when we got in nobody was in the front hosting waited 10 mins with workers passing us by and not saying anything. First time coming and it was a very poor experience workers didn’t wanna work . I just end up leaving.

Great place! Love their warm croissants with butter. Also, love their chicken tender plater with hot honey sauce! So good!

Staff could be more attentive to the tables, I've been a server before and we would get in trouble if we had worked like this. Or maybe it's just Cheddars culture.

hello, if you are wondering if cheddars is a nice option for family dinner night. you would be mistaken, my points are as followed. A broken fan decor is very much an eye sore from what was once a nice inclusion of atmosphere, now feels tacky and cheap (pictured). Employees very undertrained as food came out wrong form original order and 40 minutes after initial order. server can be seen ,while in job, facetiming her partner walking around while our table stands empty of our plates. My dear friend received what she thought would have been simple buttered noodles. But to her surprise, dry noodles and a big ball of butter sitting in the middle of plate. disgusting. And as i go to restroom i am greeted with a nasty clogged sink. welp thats all for this trip to my local cheddars. and definitely my last. Please be alert for atrocious employees and service.

Food was pretty bland. It looks and smells great, but there wasn't much flavor on anything. Had to add salt and pepper to everything.

It was a Monday night so not too busy, but that also means not as many staff. The bartender was also our waiter. He was a great waiter, but obviously stretched thin dealing with multiple tables, and multiple people at the bar. They did have someone else checking on guests, but that felt kinda awkward because I wasn't sure I should be asking them for refills or getting food off the menu.

Wouldn't recommend Cheddar's unless you have picky eaters who need standard non-offensive food options.

Loved it here. First time. Was expecting it to be noisy for a Sunday afternoon. It was nice not too crowded. Server was awesome. Food was nice. We got the chicken fried steak. Too busy in conversation and forgot to get pics of the food. We definitely have to come back to this place. The butter honey croissants are amazing. I should have saved the tray for the end.
