I love Cooking Girl so so so much! It is my comfort place to go whenever things go bad. The food is always amazing and the vibe was very niche.
I've been there regularly for the past several years. The dishes that I usually order are tasty.
What I love the most:
- Double cooked pork
- Mr. and Mrs. Smith
- Hot Boiled Fish
- What A Fish
- Fascination Beef
Once in a while I try new things, it may or may not be good. Cumin lamb is definitely a NO. The meat didn't look like lamb, tasted weird, and, I don't know, it's just so bad.

Had a great experience here tonight, this is definitely gonna be my all time favorite Chinese restaurant in sugarland, highly recommend their spicy chicken cube!
