So, picture this: I stroll up to the drive-thru, ready to redeem my precious reward points. What planet are we on that there are two lanes and everyone is forced into one that doesn’t have a mobile order. Very rarely will I have time to place a mobile order while driving, nor is it safe at all. If this is corporate decision that person should be fired immediately. Losing business daily and I can see why.

We have been to this Chick-fil-A location several times and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. The food is always tasty and service is wonderful. During the most recent visit, my younger child accidentally spilled apple juice on the floor. Both the store manager and service associate were very courteous in helping us out and cleaned the spill with a friendly smile.
