Chicken looks rubbery when cooked and tastes different. I hope it's actually chicken 🙄.

Chicken 6.25 lb price very expensive also weight not proper

We paid full price for goat but look at how poor the quality of the cut is. On the surface it looks Ok but when you flip the meat it’s absolutely trash and dirty.

If I’m paying a premium for quality meat I expect to get a quality product.

This meat looks unsuitable to eat and I will be filing a health complaint with the City of Sugar Land.

Buyer beware. I paid for 5 lbs of beef but walked out with only about 3 lbs of usable meat. When I confronted the shop, they openly told me they weigh the meat before cutting off the waste — so I was charged 5 lb prices for 3 lbs of product, with 40% of my money going to trim that got thrown in the trash. Charging full weight and then removing 2 lbs is not how an honest meat shop operates. Weigh your purchase the moment you get home, compare it to your receipt, and ask whether you’re being charged pre-trim or post-trim. I’m reporting this.

For a quick stop, it is a good concept as the basic meat is always packaged. Bit when I bring it home, most of the times it turns out to be slimey and has a distinct smell. I recently asked if I can get fresh meat, they told me I'd have to call before hand (approximately ~ 30 mins). They have terrible customer service. The lady in the front comes out of nowhere and freaks me out when I turn around. She doesn't make a peep. No welcome, no thank you. I give this place business for around $30-$60 and this lady doesn't show any respect. Agar kam nahi karna toh phir atay kyn ho is field main bhai. The least you'd do is greet your customers. Will not be coming back here.

Fresh meat.

There’s never anyone at the counter whenever you visit, and when the lady, who’s usually the one attending, finally shows up, she doesn’t greet you warmly or say hello—just comes off as rude. I paid for my chicken and received a receipt, but not even a thank you. It was such poor service that I definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

I sent my son who usually doesn’t buy meat to get the chicken when he got home. The chicken had a smell. I came back within 15 to 20 minutes to return it. They refused to return it. I asked them to call the owner. She refused to do that as well said that it’s a policy. I told them that it’s just eight dollars worth of product for which they are refusing to lose a customer, but they didn’t care. She did not even offer to call the owner I sent them an email and I will make sure I tell my friends not to get it meat from them anymore

No Grilled Chops. I saw picture of Menu,on Google showing Grilled Chops.. and asked for Grilled Chops. Sales Girl replied they don’t grill Chops here.
