Someone told us about Floyd’s. We were not disappointed. Everything we have tried has been delicious. Seasoned and cooked just right! The portions are generous. We have dined here quite a few times. Your shrimp and fried okra was good but if you want to retain customers the last thing you should do is have old baked potatoes delivered that are not edible. The peeling was hard as a rock and when opened it was obvious that the potato was overcooked and possibly days old. Trash.
Ordered Nana's Shrimp, cup of seafood gumbo, cup of red beans and rice, flounder fillet, fried avocado crab salad, and a slice of cheesecake with pecan/caramel sauce. Food was delicious and everything was reasonable priced. Highly recommend this restaurant for your Cajun fix. Many selections from fish, steaks, burgers, and salads. Only negative was had to wait on staff to pay the check..... although there were five or more waiters to serve you, hence the four stars.
