“I just happened to be in the parking lot picking up food from another food truck and saw this lassi truck. A little tempted, I walked over to check out the menu. Saw mawa lassi and placed my order. I talked to the lady who took my order-- she told me it was their third day. She was very polite and I just felt good. i hope they do well. My mawa lassi was pretty good.“

“I am surprised that this place got no review. The dishes offering always look clean, fresh and attractive. The style reminds me of my hometown Shanghai. This is my go-to lazy day lunch place. The only pet peeves is that I cannot pick how much rice they give me. They tend to give a lot of rice, and I cannot eat much carb. If only they offer brown rice too it would be perfect. I will update the review with pictures next time I stop by.“

“Out of all the cafeteria style Chinese restaurants out there this is one of the best tasting and best portion size. They’re always whipping up fresh food and they always have every entrée on hand most of the time and if they don’t, it’s usually a best seller so they’ll have some more out real fast. Staff is always great and quick about getting orders out. I eat there at least once a week and I won’t stop personally my favorite Chinese restaurant and the only reason I step foot in a mall.“

“Houston, Seafood City has landed. After years of hoping that we would have one just like LA and Vegas, it's finally here. We love the variety of choices - groceries (yes, the ice cream), baked goods, meat, and of course, Seafood. Prices are better here as well. And they are fresh. We just wished that the location was more in central Houston, for convenience and accessibility for all. Better, too, if they had Jollibee and Chow King. Seafood City is still highly recommended for all, not just for Filipinos, if you don't mind the distance. Merry Christmas and a Healthy New Year to all.“

“Last night our nursing staff at memorial hermann hospital got the pleasure of meeting the 3 Individuals who work for this restaurant. They came to my unit, very kind and told us all about this restaurant. We were amazed at the low prices and decided to order! I ordered a chicken platter, it came with rice, chicken on a stick, and 2 egg rolls. It was a 10/10 for me and my colleagues agree. Customer service is a 10/10, so are the prices for the meals and the quantity is amazing… it’s not too heavy, but it’s not too light, it has a good balance and gave us the energy to go through the rest of the shift. Thank you guys for stopping by our hospital to offer our nursing staff some delicious food during our shift. You guys are amazing! We will be ordering from you guys again here soon.“

“I really wish we had more of these open places in the Houston area especially since Austin has so many. This was a great little spot to sit outdoors to enjoy the weather. The main tables in the center have overhead fabric shades that may or may not block out the sun depending on the angle, but there are also a few tables with complete shade under some tents. I came around 6 p.m. on a Saturday and most of the trucks were open while it was not crowded at all. Parking was still easy in front; by 6:30 most of the lot was filled but the lot across the street was wide open.

I had a delicious (albeit pricey) arepa from Arepas Don Carlos. The seating areas were really nice and clean. There is a very small playground for younger kids. I just wish there were more drink options because almost all of the trucks were food and it does get hot outside. There were drink kiosks that were either not booked yet or just not open at the time. I would definitely come again.“
