Went a week earlier to order a ham...was told by the employee we didn't have to pay then nor was told about ordering online. The day comes to pick up ham and was told only online orders were being filled and we've have to wait and maybe get a ham. Numerous people were being turned away and I'm done with them. Sorry customer service and not being prepared to handle customer demand is on them!!

On Wednesday 11/26/2025 I walked into this Honey Baked Ham Sugarland location genuinely excited to pick up a ham for my family. Their website made it sound simple—I could reserve one online—so I didn’t expect any issues. Instead, I was told I couldn’t get a ham at all because they were only honoring pre-orders. Hearing that, after trusting the information on their site, was incredibly discouraging.
What truly upset me was how I was treated. The team member I spoke with acted like I was an inconvenience, and when I asked for a manager, the manager’s attitude felt just as cold. There was no empathy, no willingness to help, no understanding of how stressful holiday planning can be. I honestly left feeling dismissed and disrespected.
I walked out empty-handed and really disappointed—not just because I couldn’t get the ham I came for, but because I felt like my situation didn’t matter to anyone there. I hope they realize how much a little compassion could have changed this entire experience.

We order a honey bake ham 6-8 lbs but we ended having to get a 9 lb . This ham was nothing special it was dry and tasted just like a smoked ham no glazed or the sugar casting that is always on them and it being dry was the kicker !!

Overpriced but delicious!! We love the ham and swiss sliders. They are small but very filling. Great for a small gathering.

Rude no ham told no sorry only paid online I've worked for the HoneyBaked Ham for over 6 years and my lifetime and I have never heard them say return customers and say there's no ham there is some type of ham always to serve a customer with the HoneyBaked Ham that was crazy on Richmond

Save your money, shop elsewhere. I made my prepaid order 10+ days before Thanksgiving.

Pros- Nice person greeted everyone at the door. Store was clean and nicely stocked.
Cons- Ham was not ready by pickup time. After waiting for a bit, the cashier gave me a ham she had received through a side window, not the cooler with the racks behind the register like everyone else. I drove home only to find the ham is severely burned and has almost no fat so it is dry. $72.32 for a dry burnt ham....yay. I'll see if a phone call or 2 and another hour and a half of driving can land me a replacement.

In the meantime, save your money and make a ham at home.

Honey Baked Ham I'd always good and their Sandwiches are great. However, they seem to have changed their Potato Salad Recipe and it is awful. It was way too salty and wish they'd go back to their old Potato Salad.

This was a wonderful place to have lunch. Food was fresh and delicious and the staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Kudos to great management and team! Highly recommend!

Extremely good service, high quality ham and turkey that make Christmas easy. Very delicious, a bit pricey, however $75 in ham and turkey kept 3 adults fed and happy for 3 days.
