Fries were just okay, the ranch was super disappointing, and the worst part—there was mold in the fountain drink dispenser. Gentleman that attended was very kind. Definitely not worth a return visit.

Main points: - Prices are high for what you get imo - Orders include entree and side but not drink - I’d skip the brisket and stick to the chicken it was better but not as flavourful just the breading was good - Mac n cheese tasted chemically like from a can

I leave a review four stars without even eating. The guy tells me I don’t get a free drink. He tells me five stars. I have to leave a five star review to get a free drink. The sign does not say five stars. Placed an order thru DoorDash which was confirmed immediately. My husband went to pick up after 45min of waiting and was told it was going to be another 30min, mind you we only ordered one baked potato and the restaurant was not busy at all. We asked to cancel the order since the wait time was outrageous and the restaurant still hasn’t refunded my unfulfilled order. Terrible service, won’t be back.

Ordered from door dash. The potato was black on the inside, indicating something was clearly wrong. It could have been that the potato itself was bad, or perhaps the sour cream provided had also spoiled. Either way avoid ordering a potato from this place.

The food is sour!! The souce feels moldy! The chicken has nasty smell!! And this my first time I taste acidic koslow!! We couldn't eat it! Very bad experience and i regret spending money there!! We ordered brisket loaded fries and it was very bad so we ask to change it with chicken loaded fries and it was worst!!

Our first visit to this restaurant was met with high hopes after reading positive reviews. Although we found the prices on the higher side, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.
The fried chicken took over 20 minutes to be served, and when it finally arrived, we were deeply disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and so tough that it was nearly inedible. The chicken in the Texas sandwich was similarly unappealing—burnt to the point of being black, resulting in a bitter taste.
Considering the higher prices, we were surprised that no sides were included with our meal. While the staff was polite and well-mannered, the overall quality of the food left much to be desired. Sadly, the experience did not match the positive reviews we had read, and we left feeling truly disappointed.
TLDR: won’t go back.
